Seems there were many Reform types who just want to rail against the government citing all manner of conspiracies and happy to believe and regurgitate Starmer hates Farmers lines. Sad how going like the US in many low information people who just want to take a side. Obviously I exclude the farmers who do see themselves as being shafted. Would be nice to see Farage championing the cause of carers getting fucked by the rigid welfare system.

Quite predictable. Both your post and the impact of energy price cap rise affecting the inflation rate.

It’s how I became president of the debating society. As I said I don’t know too much about the impact and who to believe but when Clarkson and Farage are up in arms I know which way I will tend to go. There is always hyperbole and scare stories with taxes. No tax has universal consensus of support to increase. Farmers clearly have powerfully lobbyists unlike many marginalised others. The NI increase is now going to cripple retailers. CGT will lead to no investment. Going to be a slam dunk for the Tories at next election.

Fucking state of Clarkson. Had to look up that he is only 64. Should get out in those fields himself and eat more vegetables.
-
Unlike you geniuses who miraculously want things to improve but pissing yourself at the thought of any taxes going up. Also get very excitable and supportive of anything that is seen to destabilise a Labour govt. Don’t tell me, we will all soon be fleeing to the continent to get food as all the farms will be desolate yeah?
-
I would happily pay 45% tax if I knew the additional money raised would allow a farmer to get another 4x4. Funny how the Sun views them when it views train drivers and doctors as over entitled lefties. Clarkson a typical Sun reader hero. I acknowledge I haven’t taken time to understand the details but has a farmer ever acknowledged they are comfortably well off?

Remember the Yorkie ad- not for girls? The marketing man behind that one would be doing time now for such misogyny and hate

Would keep me content for months if I had a solid chocolate finger. The surprise and joy could not be bettered.

Sure he thinks it was worth the 38 year sentence he just received

I am on crusade against processed food in our family - generally we are reasonably healthy but so much shit everywhere you look. Only learnt recently that leptin levels affected by so much that will give so many a false picture of needing food when they don’t. So they eat and eat and more obsese they become the more ineffective insulin becomes so then want to eat more crap.

Totally agree. I include myself as ill informed btw. There are always those keen to want to label themselves with something as is their nature to excuse themselves from taking action. It is frustrating as takes away from the genuine. i am 99% sure I am ADHD but have always just categorised as knowing my strengths and weakness at work. Many saying the diagnosis as an adult transformed them but I don’t see it helping me at all. Definitely wouldn’t take any medication to correct my hectic mind
