  1. A very good point. I have now received confirmation by email from the ticket office as follows:- 'You can purchase tickets for Doncaster now online, in person or over the phone and when Portsmouth go on sale we will be able to check your history and see that you have purchased Doncaster already. Be advised however that the Portsmouth game will not be available online'. So there you have it!!! need to keep a note of order number and database username.
  2. I agree. Believe they should only get 1 ticket each.
  3. Yes because you can buy Doncaster tickets from now onwards.
  4. Just rung ticket office helpline. Was told you can book Doncaster prior to March 11th but make a note of booking reference to quote when you later book for Pompey. I have one slight worry though. If every season ticket holder buys an extra ticket, that is 25000 tickets gone before non season ticket holders get a chance to buy!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Official online site is showing sold out.
  6. Some time ago was given 01271335708. dont know if it works.
  7. Boro may well be mid table by then.
  8. Cant be sure but the leaflet does NOT specify the Chappel end.
  9. Buy them from the ticket office rather than the website.
  10. Bought tickets for Crystal Palace and Bristol City for 2 people via the club's web site. Received them today and paid the full price of £23 for each ticket. Inside was a leaflet informing me that if you buy tickets for Bristol City at the same time as buying C Palace tickets the latter will only cost £15. Apparently I can resolve this problem by sending the tickets back and getting an adjustment. In these times of technology why oh why cannot the website be adjusted to charge the offer price automatically if you book the two matches at the same time???????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the point of a ticket line website if it cannot charge the correct amount?
  11. booked 3 seats in the chapel today. blocks 17, 18 and 19 only had seats for 3 in row MM. so it looks like its heading for a sell out.
  12. Not much consolation I know but just been on Brist City Forum and they are almost unanimously appalled and want the thugs banned for life (if caught) and one suggested 5 years inside.
  13. My daughter and I sat in the home end. No saints colours and as quiet as mice. Think the two guys sat next to us were saints fans as well. However even talking quietly to my daughter about the game, a moron sat behind picked up that we were saints fans and made a prolonged attempt to antagonise us. ie making very loud donkey noices every time Fonte was on the ball. (Referring to an earlier incident when he completely missed the ball. We felt very intimidated but did not respond. Will not be giving our money to that club again. Cant wait for 30th December!!!!!!
  14. Just a small advantage of not having to pay the individual £3 admin charge. (£3 x 10 = £30 if you book one match at a time against £5 total admin charge with this scheme) Not huge saving though but if we are still up there for last few matches presumably tickets will be scarce.
  15. Yes cuz what is the alternative, Sam Allardice or Steve Bruce? (not in my book) Not a fan of Arry but what other English managers are in contention? hopefully not Adkins because of his lack of experience at Premier League level.
  16. As you say we have better strikers!!!
  17. Yes that's where my Daughter and I will be. Suspect many other Saints fans as well.
  18. Had no problem booking 2 tickets with their ticket line. Put myself on their database first. Thought it had rejected me but apparently I am on there. Will be tricky keeping quiet and not wearing Saints colours though. Dont know if it would be more problematic with a Southampton postcode!!!!
  19. Thank you.
  20. Does anyone know whether you have to be on their database to buy tickets for non saints parts of ground? Hoping to be anonymous and peaceful. have 'hopefully' the advantage of a non Southampton postcode.
  21. And it would seem to penalise people who bought Middlesborough tickets well in advance.
  22. I telephoned ticket office today to request the reduced price ticket. Was told purchase was dependent on attending the Chapel end for both the Middlesborough and Peterborough games and buying tickets prior to those games at the same time. I explained that I bought Chapel tickets for Middlesborough prior to this offer. The ticket clerk sought advice from a third party and came back and said ok i can have the reduced price ticket. Just posting this in case anyone is in the same boat. As this is a recent offer as far as i know, dont think there is a clear guideline.
  23. This one baffles me. I believe you had to book for middlesborough and peterborough at the same time to get the latter for £15. But I bought middlesborough tickets long before this was announced. Hopefully someone will correct me if i am wrong.
  24. The booking online sight is showing Peterborough home game sold out. Very strange!!!!!!
  25. I thought it looked ok. My Daughter however has an Art degree and said she hates it. She is however 1 of only 5% who hate it!!!
