A bit surprised / depressed to see 5/1 still widely available - albeit I guess in small stakes. This guy is just a horrible person. Now, we could all likely tolerate that to an extent if the horrible / talent ratio was there...but not only is he one thoroughly grim dude, he's also utterly crap at his job as well.

What a weirdo. And not in the sometimes appealing, eccentric sense of the word... Perhaps it's time to step aside and seek professional help.

If this is the state of 'racism' today then we have come a considerable way. Racism is big business, and increasingly keeps large numbers in employment. We can claim the moral high ground having not buckled to wage demands...from the championship. Hard to criticise Theo - why would anyone with a grain of ambition left come to this place? Most only come here with a plan to get another move in 12 or 18 months time. The death of Markus and the subsequent departure of Cortese. If he had lived to see us in the prem then who knows what level of investment may have followed. That would have likely been the true turning point. As it turned out we have reverted back to the selling club, and ultimately slipping back to relegation fodder once more as a consequence.

Surely we're not making effective use of what we have. And that's down to the manager and his team.
