Trust me it was NC that made this happen, his vision with the aid of the others granted, but I would put my house on it that it's the Chairmans vision and sales pitch that bought those players here.

I think there are a lot of fans that are hugely underestimating how good NC was for our club. Pre NC we were whipping boys who were bullied in to selling our players at huge knock down prices. He came in and has turned us in to a bloody hard working team (not just on the pitch), and we are no longer whipping boys and thanks for for grooming the next Arsenal player for millions under their worth. The Chairman is what makes a business tick. The knock on effect of his resignation could be massive and catastrophic. Domino effect anyone? I am seriously worried for the rest of the Window and moving on.

Markus's daughter or not clearly she has a different view to the club than NC and it's NC that has done a ****ing unbelievable job to get us to who're we are. I hear what you are saying and i did love it when we went to Cardiff. But when we get three points in the bag from a league win that to me feels like winning the cup. Especially when in the prem. because it is so hard to get a win.

You do realise where Burnley are in the Champ right? They will definitely see this as a winnable game. Our form is right down there at the moment. Might even be worth a cheeky bet on Burnley probably get great odds.

Really not fused about cups to be honest. The league is so important and the chances of winning the cups are so slim (you could say the same about the league I suppose) but the league for me is where its at. The beauty of playing top sides all the time, the chance to get in a high enough position to play in the european cups is far more a "win" because it shows how good you are over the course of 38 games. Not you played well on one occasion or had an easy ride to the final.

i fully expect a weakened team, we need a rest plain and simple. FA cup is not important to me, not in the slightest. solidarity in the league and getting people fit and healthy is. If we had a stronger squad then yes go for it. Burnley will be no pushovers they are not siting second in the Champ for no reason and they will sense an upset, on current form one i believe they will get. Play the second string give our best players a much needed rest.
