Post Match Reaction: Manchester United 1-1 SAINTS
Jimbo replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Just back from the match. Thought we played like the home team, controlled it for large parts of the game. Morgan and Adam immense, lovren very good. Rest of the team looked the part, although wanyama's distribution was a bit sloppy. Jwp looked class when he came on. Away fans were very good too, came over very well from where I was sat (in with the prawn sandwiches). -

If I could get hold of a couple of tickets, me plus 1 (decent) could make this -
In. Suspect I will be ****e, team suitably named

1. Yes, cracking sport. One of the few thing itv sport does well. 2. Froome, nibali, c*ntador. That order. 3. Not this year, bloody honeymoon! Goes right past my parents place too. Annoying. 4. Shame. Was there to see him win the final time trial last year, brilliant day in sun. Course didn't suit him this year though so doubt he would have won - in some ways means better chance for sky team as no distractions for the GC.

First is better of the three. Wholly saints sounds too contrived and ends up a weak pun

Er, apart from wasting every corner/crossing opportunity -
Norwich City 0-0 Southampton // Post-Match Reaction

7 corners and I bet on half of those he took, Ramirez didn't beat the first man. Crosses worse than Benali! Would rather Davis or punch than gr at the mo. -
Anyone know any half decent pubs showing game on Sunday?

Well up for this one. Bringing the mrs (taxi home). Will have may hands firmly on a pair of DDs, unfortunately they will be our ticket stubs rather than anything else.

Agreed. Won't be crying about it if we stay up by a point, that's for certain"

Pubs and Bars around the World you seen Saints memorabillia?
Jimbo replied to chocco boxo's topic in The Saints
I've seen this! Spent many a few days playing pool in that bar drinking cheap Bintang. Always wondered how a Saints shirt ended up there... Happy days -
Learning = not making the same mistake over and over / doing something differently! His howlers against Swansea, QPR and Norwich have been (1) hospital pass clearance, (2) Calamity James coming out for a cross and (3) Fumbling a shot underneath him.... So yep, he is learning... new clangers to drop in every game !
-
Agreed. We have conceded three goals in our last four games and he was at fault for all three! Would be 4 wins from 4 without his last three cock-ups

Highlights: 3-1 and you still don't sing We've got more teeth than you The irony of Everton fans singing "you've only got one song", which was about the only thing I recall them singing The first five minutes Rest of the match was fairly crap. View from lower stand was ****e too. As for players: Thought Rickie was isolated on the left, he should be in the box. Rod was dire. Gaston gave it away too much. Davis was superb, lot of hard graft and kept things ticking. The only player capable of consistently passing to his own team. Defence ****e, as usual. Keeper should have done better for the 2nd and 3rd goals. My 2 pence worth.

Never been to Goodison before...vague plan is to get to Lime St, then take in a couple of watering holes en route to the ground. is it far? any suggestions?

Any team that takes a Punter in the third round of the draft really doesn't have a clue. Jags are ****e. Nice to see SF doing well again after years in the doldrums *****il last year)

I did LA to vegas...via a quick side trip to Hoover Dam. Highly recommend the drive LA to Vegas...not loads of stops required (unless you want to see the world's biggest thermometer along the way, no really...only in America) but the scenic views of the Desert, then the city rising out of nowhere on the horizon make the drive worthwhile. It take the best part of the day to do properly.

Isn't that 6-(0+1) therefore 5, given addition before subtraction?
