I see what you mean, but it seems as most young players in the game will hit their peak by the time they are 22-23, it never seems that you can sign an average 24 year old that will then develop into a world class player through good training.

for me footie man is now pointless, there is no player development anymore, unless a player is a 'wonder kid' their stats never seem to change. I used to prefer the old games where training and coaching played a bigger part, the team that mlg posted earlier is just so unrealistic, not in a million years would saints ever be able to sign any of those players in 3 years. I remember in an old game I managed to turn Rory Delap, Kleberson and steed Malbranque into quality players.

personally I think that football stadiums should be iconic structures for a city. I used Brighton's stadium as an example because I feel that the aesthetics and design of the whole stadium are far better than St Mary's. I spoke to a director of KSS architects I was told Brighton's stadium can be extended to a 30,000 capacity. Also the designs KSS have for Spurs new stadium look brilliant.
