Why are we supposing Hughes is up for the chop?? am I missing something? Hughes has not done a lot wrong. The odd questionable team selection. Seems to rate Hoedt highly (for some reason). Other than that, cant see a lot he could have done to make us competitive. As others have said, its a very poor squad of players with a few exceptions.

Did Betis (Seville is beautiful if you get the chance) and Malaga whilst in Spain. Betis was incredible, a real cauldron, great atmosphere.. Malaga was... odd. Fun though. Both recommended.

Austin was woeful, yesterday. Slow, unfit, lost out in the air every time, constantly poor first touch and decision making. Might be great at getting on the end of balls into the box but offers little else. Gabbi is twice the player.
