Never really get ill. But I have been f*cked over by something rather harsh. If this is what people refer to their bout of sniffles to as flu, then the next time I hear it I will set them right straight. No sore throat. No sick. Just a temperature that is going ape with me gasping for cool aprons minute to shivering violently the next and a stupid f*cking cough that just won't sod off. Yesterday was spent in bed. Today same. Way to spend two days of my giant Crimbo holidays. FFS...

He stood up front for our 5 a side team to help us out a few years back, along with with my mate who now plays for Gosport. We won about 20-0 and I kid you not he didn't go out out of his way once.

You will lose a saved game if polish leagues are running. Being sorted apparently. I happen to have polish leagues running, so bloody glad I found I before I crippled my 'Rise of Winchester City' game. -
Sounds like a plan fella. Cheers for your help!

A new chopping board and knife to ensure you no longer have wonkey cut onions in your Cheese & Onion sarnies. Nothing worse is there...? -
Ladies, Gentlemen, Chav's & Chavette's. The missus took our two girls to this Photo party thing round her mates house. Had some proffesional photographer come round and spent the afternoon snapping away. My girls are 2 1/2 and 3 months, the youngest obviously not the ideal subject but I thought a pro would have ways around keeping there attention and making the most out of what they have in front of them, but it wasn't to be. They did manage to get some alright ones of my eldest, but nothing special. Mainly due to her wearing a white cotton roll neck top which was then placed upon a white bloody background. I have a DSLR camera, getting on a bit now but it is still a great piece of kit. I have had some superb pic's of the girls but want something that I can blow up onto canvas. Anyone have an idea of what we could use as a plain background other than bedsheets? Because the bedsheets are wrinkling and my OCD is kicking in and my limited Photoshop skills are not helping either. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we had these in mind for Crimbo pressie's and at the moment, it just ain't happening. SSotN

When there was a mix up of seats for the P*mpey F.A Cup game, he sorted it out promtly and as I am a STH who also does alot of away days, he gave me two free away tickets of my choice. Nice bloke, and thank him for his time at the club.

The last time I had to endure one of your utterly pathetic and desperate posts... I ended up with a infraction. I am Currently trying to workout if it's actually worth getting another right now. But I am beginning to seriously think that you only speak this complete nonsense, because you are a sad old man, who just wants a reaction. If we got to the Champions League Final with 23 players from OUR Youth Academy, playing the best football the planet had ever seen... You would still be negative. So I don't believe for a Second that your opinion is worth a w*nk to anyone.

This is so funny. Cortese has given answers to everything all the absolute f*****g *****rs on here talk absolute f*****g sh*t about and yet, STILL, they desperately try to put a negative swing on it all. Some very sad twisted people. Lots of chips on shoulders me thinks. For the rest of us, it's just more clarification that we are indeed in very safe hands. Cortese has my full backing and I fully trust him to get us where HE aims for us to be.

Are you the family Scrooge? Bet the family can't wait to sit around their christmas dinner with you.

How have I twisted anything?

So everything they have told us about taking us to the prem and beyond, completely rebuilding the infrastructure and basically making us something we could only ever dream of before, is all bull sheeite and that they are going to kiss goodbye to the millions they have already spent and sell a league one club for a fraction of the money they have invested? No. That's what I thought.
-
So, what your trying to say is... in a few months time we will be sold? Because by god damn it if the company you worked for was sold, that must certainly mean that, that, that... we too, are gonna be sold!?

Your best mate, called Dave, has shed loads of cash. One day, he turns up on your door step and says "alright mate, I have bought a motor, bit of a mess, but it's my baby. And now, your baby aswell. I'll supply the lot, you just tell me what it needs to make this motor a future example to follow. I want it to be the pride of England." You politely agree, thanking him for choosing you and ensure him you will do all you can to make it all that he wants. You are informed that he wants it done in the right way. "Don't just go and buy the best parts and whack it all in there. I want you to bit by bit, make this a world beater. You get underway, making vital changes to the infrastructure of the motor. The very thing that will make or break the machine. The motor is tinkered with, only as far as you can go at the level your at. Changes will be made later as you go up through the stages. You start to get respected at a lower level. This machine is gradually coming away from being the laughing stock. It won a little competition at the worlds best venue. Tens of thousands of fans adored it. Unfortunatly, a few short months later. Bad news. Just as you are starting to move in the right direction, Dave passes away. You have lost a best friend and someone who left there dream in your hands. Everything was put in place for the sad eventuality, and you are informed by Dave's family that nothing will change as far as they are concerned. Dave's dream remains in your hands and the funds remain there. But what do you do? Let Dave's dreams burn? Or be even more determined to make the machine not only what Dave dreamed of but even more. Do you take his machine to the very top and when you get there, tell them, "This is for Dave."?
