I thought the magic plan was get who ever plays left/right mid field to track back into wing back territory and take the defensive midfield positions to head out there to provide support instead of having to necessarily play full backs... On reflection I think this might have been a bit of an odd dream I was having and I'm selling it like the Richardson front sweeper formation

It's happened a few times and we still have fox, long term injury to clyne would be a disaster for the squad as we play well with the bombing it forward full back role, it'll just be hard to find a rb who'll be back up to clyne next season (hence why I think we'll try 3 at the back and play a different style of formation)

Oh and I think he's having a laugh at that price, squad isn't hugely valuable, stadium is worth a fair bit as a bit of property (nice bit of london) but it's not worth a lot as a football stadium (steeped in history but no room for expansion) and their general facilities are pretty average as a club. Despite being in L1 the £30m spent to buy us looks a better investment.

Because everyone could see the champ was his limit last season... Stick him in a time which could pile forwards 30/40 time as a game and leave him to be knocking about in the box a fair bit and he's going to look decent. Put him in a game where we only get 15/20 chances going forward we need players who can do more than just tap it it, something Rodriguez can do just because he has the stamina and general work rate to track back and win the ball with the rest of the team.
