remind me how minutes he has played this year and last compared to Tadic and ask who would you want in the team?

I'm clearly no manager, so this will probably be dismissed as b0llocks which is fair enough. But I've noticed in most games this year, that Tadic and Redmond really struggle to link play up with Gabbi up top on his own, which essentially leaves him out of the game for very long spells and also means we get 0 goals most games. Wouldn't playing two up top help things out a bit more?

Tadic should never be allowed near a penalty. Surely he must know that he isn't very good at them himself and surely Pellengrino must know too after West Ham.

Mostly agree to that... but i'd probably say the questions it raises isn't the CB's but the 'keeper in goal as we only really concede a few shots on target each game... most of which end up whizzing over/under/through old Frase' like nobodies business.

I've not got anything to add but my sincerest thanks to The Liebherrs for everything they have done for the club, and by extension, the city. Should definitely have a stand in the families honour.

Someone mentioned it in another thread, but I have a feeling that us not signing a midfield partner for Romeu is going to be like us not signing a striker last year till it was too late. Painfully obvious after a few games but with no urgency to rectify it until at least January.

Played a game of footy against him a year or so ago(and Benali too) - I ended up scoring the first goal of the game which was nothing spectacular, but hearing Le Tiss say "good finish" under his breath will forever be my biggest achievement in football. He nutmegged me roughly 5 minutes later.

People saying 5th-7th are bonkers right? 8th-10th would be good for me based on current squad as it is, that league position and some improvement in the overall playing style will do me for the year. One thing to keep in mind is that we really benefited last year from a very weak "middle pack" in the league which is evidenced between the gap in points between us and Everton who were one spot above us in the table, and then comparing that to the gap between us and the bottom half of the league. That, and I think the top 7 have really gotten a lot stronger already with their playing squads and I feel we will be playing catch up unless MP gets us really firing on all cylinders. Not really one to be pessimistic, just trying to keep some realism and I'd be very happy to be wrong and us finish a lot higher than I've stated above.

Not really, as we just lost JRod, and I'd back this lad to get a couple more goals than Jay did last season if given the same amount of game time this year.

Given that Mane was from the Austrian league and Wanyama was from the Scottish league... to say you want players like both of them who don't come as gambles or who are just potential is pretty hilarious.
