We definitely do need to be making some waves this window, its apparent to Koeman and everyone else that we need real quality, and we know we have the funds for it.

Leicester have just signed Demari Gray from Birmingham, a very highly rated, young winger. Fee was undisclosed but reported for about £3.5 million. A bit annoying as we were linked with him previously, and he really looked a prospect and I think that fee if it's true will be a real steal in hte long run.... not bad at any rate for an English player. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/jan/04/leicester-sign-demarai-gray-birmingham

Can say that again!
-
Well thats annoying
-
i heard Pompey have 300,000 members and over 50,000 season ticket holders so compared to the bestest fans in the word it's not that bad a scenario.

well, that paints him in a bit of a different light! never had him down as a culture or history fan.

Post-Match Reaction: SAINTS 2-0 Bournemouth
lloydie replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
A small point on VVD, apologies if noted elsewhere, but does anyone else think he should calm it down a bit with the "hollywood" balls? A few times Tadic or Mane had to struggle to keep them in play. -
Perhaps we are missing the point its not just our changes.... Bournemouth certainly changed things up from their perspective, which affected us 2nd half IMO.
-
Oh, **** sake. Watching this on sky go and has about a 2 min lag.
-
Who did we just bring on?
-
So, no-one knows what he's actually been doing then?
-
Spain do it too when I've been to non-touristy areas like Salamanca. So not just us at all.
-
Nabbed that Pelle one for my work PC, dual screen monitors too
-
Pardon?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-34450841 FFS, 1st degree murder. Not an accident, he meant to shoot her. How many more dead kids will it take to ban guns?
-
Definately not a penalty, would have been if he waited for the contact

Really? You are a fúucking melt if that's true.

Loved SA Cape Town and Simon's Town where we stayed for a couple of weeks were excellent. Go to: Boulders Beach, really one of the best beaches in the world for various factors. Table Mountain (We walked up - I was 19 at the time so a lot fitter than I am now - and got a cable car down). Green Market in Cape Town, great practice for haggling. also, Canal Walk shopping centre. Unlikely to be able to haggle there but still good shopping. The port area has a nice atmosphere, can see some 'ted bates statue-esqe' renditions of Mandela and Desmond tutu. If you can set time aside for it, see if you can get some shark cage diving booked in, a bit of a drive as the place we went was past Gordon's Bay but well worth it, cost about £1-200ish quid in 2009 so no idea what its like now. Food wise, try a stears(or steers) restaurant, a chain only in SA that's really decent. And as others said, get a rental car sorted and make sure it has air-con. Contrary to what Batman has said I actually found Cape Town really safe. But I suppose what he is saying about the beaten track is wise, depends on who you're with. I got a guided tour of the townships with a local vicar from there so was relatively safe but if you're white they really dont get alot of people that colour down there, you will definitely get looks no matter who you're with.

Should bring VVD's positioning down a tad.
-
Should have been fighting for the last 60 minutes bizzare we go for it now.
-
Pelle and Mane the only ones to come out of this looking good, good header from Pelle for 2-3 Come on Saints lets step it up and at least get a point at home ffs. (Edited because i forgot Man U had scored 3.)
-
No idea, would be nice to see him play at some point.
-
Yoshida and VVD look poor today. Our obsession with passing back is bizzare. Why Koeman changed tactics to how we were in the first 30 mins is mental too but Soares should have started over Yoshida at RB.

Just seen on facebook then BBC news. What an absolute scumbag. Cannot believe this sort of thing can happen in a busy part of Southampton on a Friday night, I sometimes go to Turtle Bay on an Friday too. Heart goes out to the poor woman, a truely life changing event for her which she did not deserve. I really hope the pathetic excuse for a 'man' is dealt with.

Literally, I want this game now.
