  1. Earlier Mr Sheldon said Pompey received an £11m parachute payment from the Premier League between December 24, 2009, and January 31 this year. There was a further payment of £1.5m between February 1 and February 26 and another of £1.7m after the club went into administration. So having admitted that WITHOUT the £11 million parachute advance they were insolvent how on earth did they get through the first Winding Up petion unless they LIED! No mention of 'Oh by the way we have £11 million that we forgot to mention' Cheating Bastards. NOTHING SHORT OF LIQUIDATION AND EXTERMINATION WILL DO NOW! Scudamore and the EPL are morally bankrupt on this -
  2. Mr Justice Mann - Frequently seen ruling on high-profile copyright and trademark cases, Mann J has a reputation for being "very bright, but straight to the point". His handling of the Apple Corps v Apple Computers case in May garnered praise, especially the way in which he "cut through all the verbiage and tackled the main points head on". His business-like manner is appreciated by both applicants and defendants alike because "in the commercial world, that's how people operate and clients find it reassuring". One of 5 top judges who have an almost unblemished record on not having judgements overturned at a higher court. No wonder AA is not apparently going to be there. Business like manner ? Nah.
  3. Well. at least they are legal transfers - not like the "we'll live the dream on tic while the rest of the world has to pick up our tab" transfers and loans.
  4. Bit late for that - we all know that skates are a bunch of chancers!
  5. Bringing the thread back on message before they go 4-0 down , Has Sol Campbel's day in court rather cleverly confirmed his status as a creditor and also no doubt being a 'football creditor' he has guanteed himself first dibs on funds leveraged by the Amdroid? Back to Anfield - 5 loan players - disgraceful - sort it out PL. Joe Royle - "No chance of a repeat of the 1927 score of 8-2 - no way the skates will get 2"
  6. I remember, in the days of one substitute, playing total cr*p in one match at the Dell when Chatterly who was that sub, started warming up to be met by a chant of "We don't want him". He sat down and remained unused.
  7. Fully qualified skate then. Educationally sub normal.
  8. Harold Lloyd was a comic genius you ignorant skate. Mind you this failed property developer with £30m of his own debt, no money but a plan to replace £85m of debt with new 'hedge fund' debt is clearly a comic genius. There will be more of these jokers - bring 'em on.
  9. Now where did I put that owner? Must be a difficult choice - Sacha Gaydamak, one of the Arabs, Pierre Falcone, Arkadi Gaydamak, Baloo, the Serbian gun runner, some bloke in the Virgin Islands, the toilet roll supplier who issued a credit note which has been converted to capital to improve the balance sheet - now surely one of them must own it , they can't all be creditors.
  10. I'd like to express an interest in the retards going bust.
  11. Suspect they do know....just that admitting that they are trading insolvent is not the best preparation for meeting the Judge or keeping the 12 buyers (LOL) on the hook.
  12. http://www.fansonline.net/portsmouth...le.php?id=1346 Why do I have this image of John Cleese in Life of Brian shouting "Splitters" - next we'll have the People's Front for the Salvation of Pompey and the Popular Independent Front for Pompey's Salvation - "Splitters"
  13. "If they are in Admin illegally the Court must grant the WUP to an order and then appoint an Insolvency company to get rid of what is left". So if it is found that they are in Administration legally (given that illegally = WUP), is a third party (FA, PL) allowed to pay off the HMCR debt as surely to do so would disadvantage other creditors and surely protection of ALL creditors is the object of Administration?
  14. http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/...xe-for-Wembley "Although kicking Portsmouth out at this stage would be unprecedented, fans of other teams argue that the club have had an unfair advantage this season. They have used players they cannot afford against clubs who have been paying their bills on time". So that would be us then? Seems like the lazy journalists are slowly getting there.
