  1. We have to play a million times better today and that's just to keep the scoreline somewhat respectable. Obviously stranger things have happened and you never know, but I rate out chances 0/10 of getting anything. Just hope for some sort of positive performance that can be encouraging for the fans going into the must-win Palace game.
  2. Rodgers would be a sensational appointment for us. Obviously things have gone badly wrong for them but he did win the FA Cup and took them very close to the Champions League. I'd be delighted if we finish in the top 10 in the next 5 years.
  3. I'm actually pretty nervous now. We've got to somehow get a result. If Onuachu is starting which it sounds like he will be, hopefully we've been practising our crosses. Perraud in particular.
  4. Have to beat Palace, Bournemouth and Fulham at home for certain. We can maybe afford draws against West Ham and Forest but that would probably depend on us getting a shock win or two against Man City/Arsenal/Newcastle or Brighton. And then the final day against Liverpool could be anything, depends if they have anything to play for.
  5. Bournemouth winning the only bad one. But we've still got them to play so still got an opportunity for us to reel them in.
  6. Haha. I was about to post that I've changed my mind about tomorrow not being must win
  7. Arsenal beating Leeds
  8. Hard to work out what is best in the Palace v Leicester and Forest v Wolves games for us Hopefully we get 3 points tomorrow and we'll be out of the drop zone anyway
  9. All very interesting, but then again, according to the data, Nathan Jones was the best manager in world football
  10. That quote would be true if there were 5 games left of the season. Imagine if we got 1 point on Sunday and then beat Man City. I think most people would take that right now if offered. I know we're likely to lose against Man City but that's why in my mind this isn't a must win, there are still plenty of opportunities left. Yes on paper this is an easier one but still, I think I'd be OK with a draw tbh. Worse result for West Ham than us.
  11. A point isn't a terrible result.
  12. At least the West Ham game is earlier in the day. If they eat their last meal before sunrise then hopefully they'll be OK during the game. Man City game the following week will be trickier as that's in the evening.
  13. One of those 2 was against us though
  14. This is a very amusing watch, especially towards the end
  15. Who won though?
  16. Realistically - we need to win the three home games against Bournemouth, Palace and Fulham, and avoid defeat against West Ham and Forest. Do that and I think we survive.
  17. I'd bring in Djenepo tbh. At least he'll try to go past people and try to create something.
  18. If we get something from the Tottenham game and beat West Ham we'll be back in it. Got to have faith it'll click at some point.
  19. To be fair to Bree, he'd probably be alright for us next season. Think Fraizer Richardson
  20. He was brilliant in the first half against Wolves. Hasn't looked as good since, which makes me wonder what we've been doing in training. And we can't blame Nathan Jones
  21. £100 million plus has been spent on this squad. What a horrorshow, Sport Republic deserve the grief they're getting.
  22. Can see them doing a Blackpool, Huddersfield or Portsmouth. Back to their level of League 1/2 within 5 years
  23. Embarrassing supporters. They were dancing to Free from Desire when the DJ was playing in before the match. Genuinely.
  24. We need to find away to play well against the small teams like Brentford. Too often this season it's been like this. Brentford biggest set of cheaters I've ever seen by the way. Far worse than Fernandes et al on Sunday
  25. The referee is Michael Salisbury, he's the idiot who disallowed Ward-Prowse's perfectly good goal against Aston Villa
