It's the most sensible thing the Android has said. Of course he isn't worried about it, he doens't give a 5h1t - he isn't the administrator of PFC but of CSI. PFC isn't an asset of CSI more a liability and a drain on them. Correct me if I'm barking up the wrong tree here but as I understand it if they fold everything is sold and paid back to secured creditors first (which CSI, aka Chinny are) then unsecured creditors. These Sk8's have to realise that the Android doesn't give a t0ss about PFC any more, his job is to find the best solution for all creditors of CSI.........well one creditor anyway, Chinny. Once Chinny has raped & pillaged the carcass of the remains of the club to the point he know's there's not more meat left on the bones, unless there's another dumb f***wit stupid enough to part with their hard earned.....sorry, hard stolen cash he'll fold at teh first oppertunity.

If the club has been issued a WUP then this is a very serious issue for them. As saint si has alluded to and as mentioned in the link he has posted (above) a company issued with a WUP CANNOT be put into creditors voluntary liquidation and (most relevant) the company and any assets CANNOT be sold, as this sale may be reversed by the Court. So unless CSI (not the club) is sold to another investor, unless Chinny pumps more money into them, or unless they are put into Voluntary Administration (which can be done even though a wup hangs over them, but will ensure a massive points deduction by the FL and probably will relegate them), P****y are f***ed. The can't sell any assets (I assume this also includes players) to help pay the debts and the sh177y little excuse for a football club itself cannot be sold until the winding up petition has been heard by the high court. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks!!!

time to reinstate my HMRC profile picture on all my social media outlets

Given this thread will only close upon liquidated of the pikey camp, FF should be given the Keys to the City of Southampton for starting this thread which is the source of all information on the goings on at Dale Farm FC.

Agreed. The only way it would make sense if there is any evidence to suggest Burnley need to sell due to financial issues and as I don't think they are desperately trying to get rid of him, the whole idea of bidding for Hooper to hasten a Rodriguez transfer is insane.

Dixon, Speedie & Delgado for marquee disappointments would be my choice but if we are talking of worst value for money then Delap is my pick

I'm not sure this deal will happen given Celtic's apparent valuation of him but seeing how wound up the Celtic fans are getting this rumor is worth keeping contributing to.

Marsden & Telfer for me. The former speaks for itself (I think we were all dissapointed when he signed & he turned out to be one of the first names on the teamsheet) but I'd also pick Telfer. OK he never showed any special moments (other that managing to con the ref & the linesman that the ball hadn't gone out for a throw against WBA (I think) from which BT scored 3 seconds later), but he was a workhorse who always stuck to the instructions WGS gave him (even when the rest of the team were falling apart - the 2-2 away to Fulham game was an example, 2-0 down and Telfer was the only player actually sticking to the game plan - I even think WGS mentioned that fact if I recall right - or did I just make that up?).

Here is the proof of Gary Hoopers Skills!

What a pointless attention seeking comment either tell us who it is or don't bother mentioning anything. -
If they are blind to it maybe we all need to keep reminding them

So now we have a parent company in administration with no assest other than the p1ssy little football club. Looks like the changes of a points deduction increases by the day.

This is my view also. I think AA is under a deadline and is bulling stuff up once more. One thing that does strike me is if the FL do deduct points then they consider that P****y and CSI are inextricably linked if that is the case they may take a dim view of P****y, being an asset (or liability as the case is) of CSI, just being sold to other person(s) (which will mean that P*****y are then f*** all to do with CSI) and CSI can then exit administration without a CVA of just be liquidated, shafting all the creditors they owe monies to. This is ultimately what the FL are trying to stamp out so will be interesting to see how the FL view all this. Also can someone confirm, is AA selling P****y, as an asset of CSI or is he trying to find buyers for CSI itself?

How funny would it be if it was someone like Peter Risdale?
-
I hope that after his arival the team spirit remains stable!
-
No because, unlike the Premier League, they actually don't give a t055 if one of their clubs fold. In fact I think they may like it because it sets an example to the rest of the teams.

You're right it was his left foot. Managed to find another video with it shown correctly. Fantastic finish!

Have read this morning (Sky Sports I think) that Ipswich have said that they do not expect to sign Sharp. If we have already agreed to sign Sharp it would explain Ipswich's comments.

What happened to Jay Rod?

Don't know if this has been mentioned before but I have just noticed that George Thorne has been recalled by WBA. From what I gather he's been a stand out for them since joining. That'll set them and their shrinking squad up nicely for the overload of games that the festive period gives.

I haven't seen any footage - is it clear that he called him that? If so then the same punishment should be handed down. I eagerly await Gus Poyet's comments on this - should eb good for a laugh.
