  1. given a lot of their income is from season tickets and people who have already purchased tickets, is it really a loss for them to have the match postponed or will it benefit them given they will not incur the costs associated with hosting a match?
  2. This Hanc o c k tw at is even worse than the dishonourable Penny. Talk about a vote grabbing t055er Someone needs to remind him that the government already has helped them out financially, to the tune of 35m+.
  3. Doubt it, you're supposed to get a points deduction for insolvency events........
  4. I think I've located the whole of the 12th man campaign, right here in Adelaide http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/south-australia/city-council-keeps-mum-on-strategy/story-e6frea83-1226212117854
  5. I think more importantly it's a case of whether the fixture will occur in the first place.
  6. right off to bed now - look forward to logging on tomorrow for the morning's updates of the day's events in Old Blighty. COYHMRC!!!!
  7. The HMRC percentage only becomes an issue if they apply for a CVA and to do that they need an owner. One major problem is that no one is willing to buy the club. They may enter admin but it will become abundantly clear they are operating insolvent to the tune of at lease 800k per month, then we have the CVA repayments on top and the fact they can't liquidate their assets, so without a buyer the admin isn't going to last long and the HMRC's percentage becomes completely irrelevant.
  8. and it's now 17 days to HMRC day.
  9. Ah, the magic 17m again. I thought there was something fishy about the 10.8m.
  10. According to Wiki neither AFC Wimbledon nor MK Dons have the FA Cup credited to them, however on the MK Don's website they claim it so I guess that's the official line. That said I'd image both sets of fans try to claim it.
  11. The administrator? I thought PFC weren't in administration. Wonder what the FL will make of it when so blatantly PFC are acting as if they are in administration if CSI's administrator is trying to dictate how the business of PFC is run.
  12. I think there was a spelling mistake towards the end of that article, it looks like there is a letter 'a' added by mistake -
  13. nice I idea, wonder if they came up with a similar idea and did the same for us when SLH were in admin and we were close to folding......errr no it is then!
  14. Can't be Bagpuss, I don't see the twitch
  15. am I missing something but I thought Bagpuss mentioned earlier in the trial that he didn't know about the account and that MM opened if for him.
  16. looks like the HMRC husband & HMRC internal emails question has been put to the not so honourable member for P********h North on her facebook page. Well done that sir!
  17. They did, then sold him, the smallest earner in the squad, for a measly 400k (which I doubt is 400k up front)
  18. Brilliant Not only do they support a corrupt business, they work for one
  19. you don't get it do you?!. Vodafone tax case does p155 me off but no MP has stood up in Parliament and tried to suggest that HMRC be more lenient (as far as I recall from what I read but am happy to be corrected considering not all the details in the news makes it to Australia), in fact if I recall some MP's were appalled at the settlement HMRC decided on. That's the point, there were no MP's calling for leniency, quite the opposite, therefore there was no need to complain to an offending MP. We're appalled at the question Penny Mordaunt MP posed to the PM (and the PM's response). We have not simply complained to our MP's because PFC haven't paid their tax bill more the comments by the Portsmouth North MP
  20. Agree with that. I have posted on her FB but it's why I have not mentioned my allegences even trying to mask them to the extent of arguing a point that it's not just saints fans that are disgusted by the her comments and the goings on down the M27
  21. looks like it's all kicking off on Penny's FB
  22. Just posted my feelings - keep up the good work guys. Maybe we raise our concerns for what Penny suggested to David Cameron, Hugh Robertson ans Ed Milliband on FB
  23. But only up to a certain amount isn't it?
