  1. Love it!! I've still got an original 1988 replica top in my collection.
  2. Some pretty good mock-ups on twitter. As ever fan mock-ups always seem to be better than what is actually produced.
  3. source?
  4. Yep, starting to get a feel for why he gets some good results, shhhh don't let the secret out!
  5. At least he's like by some people
  6. I’m with whelk for the ones to drop but here’s how I think they’ll finish - 18 Newcastle/Brighton 19 Huddersfield 20 Cardiff I also think Bournemouth will struggle and won’t be surprised if Palace also find it tough going (their record without Zaha was dire so any injury will cripple them, in addition they’ve lost Loftus-Cheek). Also think Burnley will have a much tougher season and won’t be surprised at all if they finish bottom half.
  7. I think you mean Central Coast Mariners (and he hasn’t sign yet, just training with them)
  8. Not yet he hasn’t. Training with them indefinitely but not signed any contract.
  9. Shaqiri and Xhaka both in trouble with FIFA for their Albanian eagle celebrations when they scored their goals.
  10. Our recent transfer windows haven’t been spectacular by any stretch of the imagination, I do however wonder how my it is also to do with negative coaching and management that hasn’t drawn out the best of the players we’ve purchased. To me it’s no coincidence that the poor windows have coincided with the last two clowns. Sure Promes was a big cockup but there wasn’t a lot we could do with Maddison given his reasons for opting for Leicester.
  11. it certainly is impressive.
  12. It’s utter 5h1te
  13. Yes, not unusual for a zero to have a slash in it but normally it’s the other way around. Very interesting. Could it signify a sash home kit?
  14. my ideal would be Tuchel (still not working I believe) but realistically I think it’ll be Hughes.
  15. Silva, Bilic, Monk or Potter
  16. Just had a breaking news alert pop up on my phone that read "I have to come to decision to resign with immediate effect," . Can you imagine the disappointment when I clicked on it and the article was about Jacob Zuma.
  17. 3am game for us in Oz. Recorded it last night with the thought I’d watch it this morning. After seeing this thread I don’t think I’ll bother to put myself through it.
  18. Love a good game of union. Love any sport to be fair ..... with the exception of rugby league, baseball and basketball. Football is my #1 sport but outside of that it’s hard to beat a good international union game. interested to see what people think of Aussie Rules. Now that is also a great sport.

  20. Improved performance, no doubt the team selection had a bearing on the display. Thought Carrillo looked good, held the ball well and having a player like that really makes a difference to the team and how they play. That said we were woefully exposed to crosses into the box and on a number of times, to a quick counter when we didn’t need to commit forward. All in all an improved performance but definitely massive room for improvement. Mario MoM for me but special mention to JWP and Carrillo who was a nuisance. Thought Tadic and Boufal looked a threat throughout and Bertrand and McCarthy solid. Cedric really needs lessons on crossing.
  21. where did you get that from? Ok he may not have moved to Hampshire but he used to live in south Buckinghamshire (Fulmer I think), I used to see him around Gerrards Cross a fair bit during his Chelsea days. I very much doubt he’d fly from there.
  22. But at least we would have drawn showing improvement and being unlucky not to have scored a second, and the following game will be massive for us...... blah blah blah.
  23. After those snippets from ericb, VFTT and others we’re in a win win situation. We win, well that’s 3 points thank you, we don’t win then MoPe is gone. (I try to see the positive in all situations - this season has certainly tested me )
  24. We got relegated in 2005
