AP is doing a great job up there 2 wins 2 draws after 6 months of losing top players and not being aloud to bring in decent replacements. If there is a Lambert bid Newcastle can afford 5 mill but Ashley will never allow that hes recouping his money 1st, they have not spent the 35 mill made from Carroll, it would be a bid of like 3.5 mill and were say no. Just to add hes better then the back up strikers they currently have Shola Best lets be honest i would have Lambo over them 2, can see why people would link Lambo away from us now hes scored 5/6 goals in this league so early in the season.

Well no reports have suggested he cant come back and play football and improve.

Lambert is a 3rd choice prem striker for any team outside the top 8, so he could score at least 20 goals at this level.

If he is no better then Seabourne then we should play DS, hes younger and has potential to develop into a better player and be a top championship defender.

Well as most have said its all worked out for the best now, i really hope AP carrys on doing well at NUFC, he has lost his best players not been able to replace them but still making NUFC look a half decent team with poor prem strikers in shola and best.

I read somewhere the bank reduced there overdraft by 5mill so i reckon if we offer 4-5 mill we would get him and they could get a replacement for less who wont mind sitting on the bench.

Lallana doesn't lack pace if we needs a bit more hes young still to improve it slightly like bale did. Lallanas skill passing and crossing makes him a better player then AOC and Theo, who if they had lallanas pace they wouldn't be at arsenal they would be at a midtable team or a poor prem team.

Lets be honest before the season started most of us would of taken midtable and said it would be a good season if we finished top 10, now after the start we had i think some fans are expecting promotion, myself i would say the aim is now to finish top 10 and maybe sneak a playoff spot. We do have the best midfield in this league but our defence is a weak spot Fonte needs a class CB to partner him and we will be fine and get playoffs easily provided they both gel and stay fit.

Agreed and wilkshire is one of the best players in the world but by the time they get everyone settled and fit they would be way off the top 4 still.

Glad hes joined a sinking ship, he looked out of place he would of struggled to get in our team with Lallana and Deridder when hes fully fit and adapted. Were going to be losing Puncheon so were deffo going to be getting some new players. Short term loan CB 1-3 months untill RJ is fully fit and gives us a chance to loan martin to a league one team. Also were sign a young striker(19-22 with experience in this league) who wont mind being patient waiting for Lambert and or DC to drop form or get injured.

Hey were still 2nd if we win 3/4 before we lose again were still be there or top. Lets not forget this season is about getting a decent finish and maybe get playoffs at the best, but with the 4 in 4 wins we now seem to think as fans, its promotion or playoffs anything less is unacceptable.
