YF and LG were both good talents who need more experience to develop, WGS knew what he was going to do with them but left before there development was progressed with him.

IMO if you train with pros and better players your get better, give the lad a chance, just think he has been told IMO your not good enough for ITFC, doesn't mean he is not good enough, bugger me Buckland wasn't good enough for brum this time last season, and Joe Hart was playing in league two 4 years later England.

Loaning Martin for me means its likely were only getting someone in on a short term deal weather its a 34/35 year old experienced CB or a top class youth CB from a club like barca, i would be happy as i think if Martin can get 30 plus games under him this season and keep up his progression he will be a quality defender, but we do need a bit of pace at the back at the moment its only Fox with a bit of pace, Fonte is ok pace wise but we need a quick RB or CB to help stop the pacey players in the PL.

I also played football on a sat, ok sounds like he plays a few leagues higher but i still managed 10 games last season, the reason i have a ST this season is because i prefer watching now then playing as my legs at 23/24 cant handle playing sat and sun with all my injuries, so il rather play sundays and watch football saturdays, most fans can still play 6 aside and sunday league while supporting saints.

Quality player when fit, 2006-2009, he was quality for NUFC and 1st season at spurs, loan deal = a good deal, allows us to loan out people like JWP to league one get some experience and means we can have a good number of CMs incase of injury.

Personally i think add Buckland a CB RB and a RM and were have a good enough squad of 18 to finish 14th/15th, were signing under 24s and building them into the core of our squad, allowing them to start on the bench and work there way into a team and then allowing them to become the core of the squad and slowly get more and more quality, allow the odds to be crap, if we stay up and progress the youngsters we sign and have next season were be a real force, less pressure on us if bookies have us down as favourites to go down, but you have to imagine the fixtures have made the odds as well, personally i think its good to get 3 of top 5 out the way in 1st 4 games.

Parker and Gerrard were quality during the euros, i really believe if we could of had Wilshire and Lambert we would of beaten italy, Parker for Henderson was a poor replacement and Lambo could of been 4th choice and been used primary for a pen taker in that situation. I believe Carroll is gonna have some good form this season, i really cant see our defence handling him, Roy is going for players under 25 so he can build a team to beat at WC, now if i remember didnt fulham or WBA get linked with Lallana when RH was there ? so if Lallana does well RH is the sort of manager to give players outside the top 6 a chance.

Always liked Dickson when he played looked a good prospect when we signed him deffo a top league one player, his best bet is to join a promotion chasing team, as i rekon he can do a job in the championship for someone and hopefully were get a decent fee for him in return, or if we go back down he can help us next season.

We had 22k average in league one and they had 21k in championship in the 10/11 season and that was the season after the 2 seasons in the premier league, and last year we 26k they had 18k, im sorry steve but your as thick as **** if you think were the same size club or there bigger. Who does the bets where you get a handicap start like 30 points head start and if saints finish within 30 points of the league winners they pay out as winners of the handicap league ? that would be a good better i remember teams like us would be odds of 10 or 11-1.
