Much needed win to stop negative press and players falling into a rot. A nice 2-0 victory would be great move us back into top 4 potentially if West Ham draw or lose and also move us further away from Liverpool as I see them getting beat vs UTD and we are all happy again.

Teams have worked us out IMO and how we use him, need to switch it up a bit when Jay Rod is back. He will score a few more, give it time, He can bully the **** out of Smalling and Utds back 4 if he wants too on Monday.

Only issue I have with him is comming off his line, he did it again today but made up for it with a great save, Do not see him as a upgrade yet, but see it as buying someone younger and English, to help with our philosophy and give us more years Boruc only had one more season in him IMO. If only Niemi was 10 years younger.

Personally feel we can compete with these guys when Jay Rod Cork and JWP are fit, would love to see Mane and Long come off the bench most weeks with 25 to go, with Jay Rod Pelle and Tadic up top, give teams like this no breathing room and have pace at them the whole 90.

Its nice having results go your way and taking some pressure off, Personally 7th or 6th is where we will end up, however should Spurs Everton West Ham Newcastle and Swansea all fail to win (obviously there not all going to win) and a win or draw for us puts Saints in a great postion to finish 4th-6th. Still i will take 7th and a cup final.

We have loads of odd seats left when I brought some last week, I personally think were get 30k, we wont sell out at 40 pounds a ticket plus fees and the games on TV its easier for people specially footballers who play Sunday football outside of Southampton as it means rushing to SMS, most will watch on TV, unless there like me and offer to play 1st half and then go to the pub for a quick drink before heading to SMS. We need to hope we do not sell out IMO, as it might force the club to stall ticket prices for next season and reduce the tickets for the crap games, personally feel a 4-5 pound drop in ticket prices would see us sell out every week if we keep playing like this.

Anoying perfomance, personally feel we did not play that bad defensively, poor mistake otherwise we did very well, cleared our lines blocked what was needed and some good tackles. Attacking wise very poor, can not wait for Jay Rod Davis and JWP to be back and give us better attacking options Morgan Cork and Victor have that holding midfield role set and personally feel not many teams offer better there.

Morgan really has been a driving force for us this season, IMO best CM in the prem bar Cesc.

As Saint_Tony said, top 4 is unrealistic IMO unless we win this weekend and Liverpool City Spurs Man Utd Everton Arsenal West Ham all fail to win, so we have a massive gap going into our tough fixtures, however a top 6 finish after all our good results, ideally and with no fantasy results, we can really push away Swansea and Liverpool this weekend and potentially West Ham could slip up. Liverpool lose or draw to Chelsea West Ham Draw vs Villa (cant see Villa winning away) Sunderland draw or beat Everton. Swansea lose or draw to Arsenal.

I like S.Davis and Cork, but one has to go if he wants Classie, But Personally feel under Koeman, Cork has been the better player, also slightly younger, so hopefully we re sign him, specially if we get uefa cup, we need a good squad depth, Victor and Cork as our back CMs would be quality.

Poch is the 3rd best manager we have had bar Lawrie Mac and WGS, but number one for football style. However Koeman looks like he might be our greatest ever manager, specially if this season we finish top 6.

I would agree with the results you have gone with, City Arsenal and Utds attack will really test our defence, personally dont really see us wining them games and I am sure we will drop some points vs a poor team, however unlike last season i think were draw them rather then lose them.

The main difference this season is the pace we have out wide and allowing the CMs to go forward more. We have found replacements that are better or as good as we had and stronger depth with plenty of pace which is what we lacked last season, I do thank the whole board Les KL and RK, for getting great money for them and bringing in the best manager we have ever hired, and hopefully carrys on his good management and becomes one of our best managers ever, or the best. Really think we can finish 7th this year, Lorven Lallana (wont inc Lambo) and Poch will all look silly leaving us for lack of ambition, yet there clubs are gonna have worse seasons then the year before, Well Liverpool definitely wont be finishing top 2 and top 3 would be a push if they lose today, as I see UTD going on a massive run.

I tell you what if we win today then I think top 7 is very achievable, however I doubt we will finish top 5 or 6, if Koeman can better last season finish and also take us 1 round further in each cup then poch did, it will be a fantastic season and a great platform for us to become a top 5/6 side and be a Spurs type club who finish between 7th and 5th every season.

Nice to see she is interested in the history and showing willingness to turn up to games and learn all aspects of the club.

Koeman is a better manager, we never could of made Europe with the previous squad and additional players because of FFP, we would of had to keep the same squad and sign maybe 2 players or 3 if we get a good loan deal. This squad and situation we are in means we can finish top 6 and be able to play in Europe with enough money in the bank to keep the progression going.

Hi All Bit of advice taking my 3 and half year old to his 1st game tomorrow, with all the family day things going on, we didn't manage to get the free under 11 ticket as i left it last minute. How can i keep him entertained when he is bored while i try watching the game ? I am thinking iPhone sweets etc I appreciate i wont be able to enjoy it like i normally would but would like advice from some Mum and Dads who take young children to the game.
