that is as maybe......but Sheffield to Southampton is a hell of a way and their fans would have had to come through some horrendous weather. I am merely pointing out that Watford, who have a playable pitch, are taking other factors into consideration, such as journeys their, and visiting supporters, have to make. I believe people were still being urged not to travel Tuesday unless their journey was necessary and given that I would have thought due consideration should have been given Tuesday night. According to Solent on Tuesday afternoon, Totton (not a million miles from Southampton) was still bad on the roads. Dont want to make an issue out of it, just my observations : - )

So Watford take into consideration people travelling to the match, the surrounding areas etc etc. Pity we didnt on Tuesday.........(and i dont just mean cos we lost)

You dont have to go to games to join the protest march. My wife doesnt go to games but she is so disgusted with what Lowe is doing to this club she said to me "got an old Saints shirt I can wear, i want to come on your march and register my protest !! " Dont see what your point is to be honest.

Ok, left back wasnt his best position but he was never the worst Saints player on the pitch by a long long shot. I think its a shame we never got to see him in his best position, which was ironically against Norwich at home last season before he was loaned out to the German club, he was superb in that match. I also think your summary of Lee Holmes is extremely unfair. At the start of the season beofre he got injured he was IMHO our best player, he was the constant outlet for the midfield.
