Way too early for him to be leaving. Shame. He saw the bright lights and grabbed the chance with both hands. He won't get played, and he'll take longer to develop than if he stayed here. His flaws won't get ironed out as they would by playing games with us. He still can't beat some L1 left backs. I fear he'll really struggle. Oh well, I'm happy with £10m.

Let's be honest, both Davis and Bialkowski won't be amongst the best keepers if we get into the Championship, to put it lightly. We need to delve into the money pot and buy ourselves a quality keeper.

Can't really say that for sure unless you have both owners' wealth and the relative amount they're willing to spend on the club. Pretty sure Mandaric doesn't have more than the fund ML left behind, even if they are splashing the cash. Not worried about Wednesday anyway. We have enough points on them.

I've got a feeling we've still got targets and will push the boundaries to get them at the cheapest price, so expect some late deals.

Why should Chambo or Adkins speak out in a statement when nothing of the sort was done when Bolton, Chelsea, Fulham and Wolves were all after Lallana (rumours spouted once again). Lallana didn't speak out when those clubs were supposedly close to signing him, and then he goes and signs a 4 and a half year deal with us. The silence from AOC and his dad is nothing to worry about.

He's alright, looks a fairly decent prospect.

Leicester don't need him, they just loaned Yakubu. QPR could easily afford him and look to be in the prem next year, maybe he'll go there. We are an attractive proposition to some though, so let's not rule this out just yet.

Our defence is solid and rightly so with the amount we've spent on it. Fullbacks are both good defensively, Richardson especially. Dickson is great going forward usually, as is Fonte. Seaborne and Jaidi rotated every now and again seems to be working. Gives Jaidi a rest whilst giving Seaborne chances to improve as well. Solid as a rock. I'm not worried about goals either, you don't go from scoring 6 against Oldham (only one being Lallana's and it was flukey, before anyone spouts anything about us not being able to score without Lallana). We're not a one man team, and hopefully we can prove that emphatically against Tranmere. Good post Turkish.
