BANGING sounds have been heard underwater in the search for the missing Titan submarine, sparking new hope that crew members could be signaling for help. Whilst it seems almost like the end of the World to you younger supporters I promise you it truly isn't. When you get as old and doddery as me then that's when many really important, potentially even life altering, worries happen. They go a long way towards easing any pain produced by the mere relegation of a Football team.

Ralph kept Saints up but a lot of fans ignored that and wanted him gone.

Um does anyone else um find um themselves um counting um how many um times Steve um Grant um uses the word um? I actually agree with nearly all of what he says about Saints performances but counting the ums takes my mind off the bad bits of which there are a lot.😁 😁 😁

My wife came into my man cave to check that I was ok as she heard me groaning. After watching about a minute she remarked that Grimsby have a nice ground. When I corrected her and told her that Saints were at home she said it sounded like Grimsby were at home as they were making all the noise. I then very bravely asked her to depart.

Whilst trying to protect young children from nasty stuff is acceptable trying to protect so called adults from the real world is the height of stupidity. The poor dears need to know about such despicable human behaviour so that if they are confronted by certain events they can protect themselves. Otherwise they could freeze from fear etc.

It's an unfortunate fact of life that appeasement never works the way the people who suggest it want it to. Sometimes you have to fight and fight hard, giving the Board, Jones and the players who love playing for him an easy time will just give them hope. By that I mean the hope that people will calm down and finally put up with all the nonsense and be good little sheep. These are not "the good old days" when local lads played for their local team and were loyal. These days players go where they can get the most money so at the end of the day a lot don't give a stuff about the team who pays them. They know their agent will get them another club after relegation, another club where they can kiss the badge, well until a better money offer appears in front of them.

I think that Rasmus Ankersen strongly follows the following way of thinking:- "I've only ever been wrong once and that's when I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken."

I bet the lad is happy he isn't here at the moment then.
