I have lost confidence in Mr Martin and, but much worse, confidence that SR would replace him with someone who would be an improvement. It's about time SR admitted that they are nowhere near as brilliant as they think they are and realise that if they weren't owners they would themselves have been sacked months ago. Another lad took a ricochet in the chin and was KIA as he covered me whilst I ran past him. I went back out to him on the prone and put down suppressing before I felt something very hot skim across the base of my back, just below where the Osprey stopped. I yelled, shat my pants, leapt ten foot into the air and into the wadi to my left, where I found myself sitting, legs out in front of me, water up to my chest, and I burst into tears for about five seconds, wondering what the **** I was doing, before pulling myself together, lobbing smoke and climbing back out, getting him into cover with our medic who duly bagged himself an MC. Yet another lad landed over my head, having been behind me, but stepped to the right onto an IED and got split in half and sent airborne, and I ran over, grabbed his hand and dragged him into cover where I had the joyous occasion of listening to him cry whilst he died there, with me and same medic trying to figure out what to do with half a body and a field dressing, and where the **** where his legs? Or what about the lads who took the best parts of an HE grenade lobbed over a wall into the lap of one of them, KIA'ing him and ******* up the people around him? Or the lad who kicked open a door on a strike on a compound and took the IED to his face? Or even just the lad who on night patrol at a dry river, didn't see the big ******* cliff to his right and fell, having to be spine boarded out and put on a Pedro? That little ginger prick can get on his private jet, whizz over here, jump in a cab to my place, I'll get the brews on, and once he's finished explaining to me how he's suffered the trauma of war with a full close protection team and staged events, I'll report back on how I've knocked his ******* teeth out through his japs eye. My point being, yes, people are entitled to talk about their experiences of the conflicts they've been involved in, but by god, they'd better be genuine and heartfelt, and not just ******* make believe for public attention.

Well good luck to all of you who enjoy watching lesser quality Football, you obviously are easy to please. However as I pay a fortune every month for all my TV channels I expect good value for my money. Women's football just doesn't meet that criteria. I will also mention that men's Australian Football isn't much better so I avoid that as well.

I think you really mean Men's Football, Men's Cricket and Woman's ( NOT Men's ) Beach Volleyball. 😁 NZ Sky TV have started banging on about some Woman's World Cup thing starting next week or so. The Ashes is a series unlike any other in Cricket, it's total war and a win is the only result that matters. Sportsmanship (like Putins enemies are) is thrown out the window and J.Bairstow should know this as he has played with and against Australians for many years and seen their win at all costs attitude. He should, but didn't, have watched and listened to the umpires. He was out fair and square.

Over the last week or so I have been racking my small brain trying to remember who R.M. reminds me of. It has just clicked and he looks like a younger version of the English teacher we had at Secondary school in the late 1950's / early 1960's. BANGING sounds have been heard underwater in the search for the missing Titan submarine, sparking new hope that crew members could be signaling for help. Searchers said they heard banging in 30-minute intervals while looking for the vessel, which disappeared on Sunday during an underwater trip to see The Titanic wreckage. One other major problem is even if the submersible gets to the surface the crew cannot open the hatch from the inside, it can only be opened from the outside. I hope the outcome is as good as the Chilean miners was but I am not confident.
