Yes it could indeed be altered to show Mr Macain, like that section of video showing Hitler has been adapted to many different themes, but it was sent to me ( as I said ) by a Republican supporter so that would be unlikely in this case. In these times of financial problems why do teams bother with a second car / driver ? The 2nd bloke seems like a waste of money as to me most teams appear to have one really good driver, the 2nd guy seems to be selected only because he is nowhere near as good and so of course will not upset the over paid "star"

Give the female employee a definite day-long schedule of duties so that they'll keep busy without bothering the management for instructions every few minutes. Women make excellent workers when they have their jobs set out for them, but they lack initiative in finding work themselves.
