Sorry but would the Courts in your country give you only 6 months in prison with her record of 8 counts of drunk driving and 15 counts of driving without a licence ?

Well it has been Friday here for 6 hours now and still nothing.

This menace to all road users, who was banned from ever having a licence in 2005, got a jail sentence of one year. This of course will only be about 6 months and when she comes out she will get special help.

Yes but Mr Fry must realise that people who have put a bid on the table days ago will not wait for too long before they say "stuff it" then and walk away. Mr Fry should of all people realise what a perilous state the worlds economy is in and that it most certainly is a buyers market, if he pushes too much he cannot be surprised if it falls through. All IMHO of course.

But do the Council like football ? OK they put up with it but in a couple of years who knows ? A change in the make-up of Council and who can guarantee that they wouldn't grant housing permission ? Too many ifs and maybes for me when politicians get involved.
