WARNING This isn't very good for over weight people!!! Ingredients 3 Tablespoons Butter 3 Cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies 3 Cups Marshmallows Optional extras: Mini chocolate chips sprinkles melted chocolate for dipping food colouring Method: Melt butter in a medium pot. Add 3 cups of marshmallows and stir until they are completely melted, then take the pan off the heat. If adding food colouring, add it now and mix well Add rice krispies cereal and mix until it is completely covered with the marshmallow mixture. Allow the mixture to cool slightly so you can handle it. Add any additional treats now - chocolate chips, sweets, sprinkles, and mix well. Take small handfuls of the mixture and use your hands to mold into Easter Eggs shapes. You can also shape the mixture using egg shape cooking molds or cupcake tins if you prefer. Keep the rice krispies eggs in the fridge so they maintain their shape. Once chilled, the eggs can be dipped in melted chocolate for an extra chocolatey kick! Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes

I thought that a short time ago the Russians said that all fans including the English ones would be perfectly safe? However after the business in Salisbury where they didn't seem to care if they had injured innocent UK people as well as their targets who would be stupid enough to even think about going now? English fans will be even more of a target than before and IMHO the police won't rush in to save any English fans who are being attacked. I strongly suspect that if the English fans look like they are holding their own the Police will side with the Russian fans against them. Yet again Russia has proved that it is an unreliable country in the hands of pathetic, unstable, psychotic morons. I know the vast majority on here might not understand the following reasoning but whenever I think of all the sacrifices the thousands of men,who lost their lives helping that country during WW2, made for that lot it makes my blood boil. .

I agree with all but the last sentence. ( That is because I don't have a season ticket, but come summer I think you could well change your mind and re-new.) I also feel that the board will be in such a panic that they will just pick the first one who shows any interest OR maybe the cheapest ( a.k.a. cost effective )

100% agree with this.

For the last year and a half, the NASA spacecraft Juno has been circling Jupiter and collecting reams of data. Juno spends most of its time a good distance away from Jupiter, safe from the worst of the planet’s intense radiation belts. But once every orbit, the spacecraft comes swooping toward Jupiter and directs its instruments—protected by 400 pounds of titanium—toward the perpetually stormy clouds that cover its surface. Then it zooms back out. One of those instruments, a camera called JunoCam, has produced dozens of mesmerizing photographs of Jupiter in extraordinary detail. The planet’s clouds, with their intricate eddies and swirls, look like something out of Van Gogh’s Starry Night. https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2018/03/jupiter-juno-solar-system/555053/

Saint Billy, the more that L Duck posts the more he reinforces what I said to him in a post the other day. Actually I am surprised that anyone bothers to respond to him as he is an obvious wind up merchant / troll. .

Do you think Kat gives a monkeys about ruining her father's legacy
Saint in Paradise replied to lumuah's topic in The Saints
KL was brought up and taught by a hard headed businessman. She was therefore trained to get the best financial gain from a business, Saints in this particular case, as she could and in that has been very successful. I am sure that ML would in fact be very proud of her efforts. Business people think with their heads and wallets whereas Fans only think with their hearts and don't invest £ millions of their personal money. It seems difficult for lots of fans to realise that Football Clubs are run as profit and loss businesses NOT just to make fans happy. . -
Cheer up people it will soon be time to book your summer holiday and so give you something to look forward to during these dark and dismal days. When you start feeling sorry for yourselves remember those poor folk who have a terminal illness with not long to live. .

That's all well and good but only IF JWP would "lower" himself to join one of them. I suspect his agent will tell him he is far too good for those mere mortal teams. .

Hi 31cc A Big Thank You for that info which I have just sent to the daughter. As I said I didn't believe it myself but it's good to see something in writing.
-
We have just been told by our daughter that as she is in a red zone because of all your snow her car insurance is now invalid and she isn't covered. Anyone else heard of this move by insurance companies as I just cannot believe it's true? .

Keeping Track of the Contracts 2024-25
Saint in Paradise replied to Over land and sea's topic in The Saints
As the 6 months are up does anyone know if he is staying? -
IMHO the *"manager" is far too scared of getting beat so that he won't really try to actually go all out and WIN. He can't seem to grasp that British fans want fighters in situations like Saints are in not namby pamby wussies. * As far as I am concerned he isn't what I call a real manager.

I know it's in The Sun but I find that person to be even worse than any Portsmouth supporters. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/5631052/uk-worst-troll-josh-maddison-katie-price-harvey-celebrities-victims/

FA Cup Qtr Final Saints v Wigan or Man City AWAy
Saint in Paradise replied to John Boy Saint's topic in The Saints
I also have a strange feeling that Saints will win, (after penalties) but there will be a lot of moaning in the media. All about what bad luck Man City had and how they deserved to win against a very poor Saints side. -

That could very well apply to internationally famous big clubs but surely not so very much at a small club like we were told Southampton are. Don't forget the manager spent time at Liverpool so perhaps the "victim card" has rubbed off and attached itself to him and that's why he doesn't seem to want to win matches but only tries for not losing? Relegation and then getting the sack would make a big "victim" of him. .

To all those who appear to hope that Saints stay up because of M.P. may I remind them of the saying "It's the hope that kills you/them"
-
Look the only obvious age group that should be allowed to vote are Teenagers, whilst they still know it all about everything.
-
Some people say that M.P. is a clown well I think that both of the owners are much bigger clowns as it is them who are risking their money by doing nothing. Anyone in China, indeed Asia in general, who knows about English football must be laughing their heads off at Mr Gao and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if someone started a twitter thing with the #LALAG ( Lets all laugh at Gao )

Over here Rugby and even Cricket seems to be more popular than Football but I like to wind them up by telling Kiwis, when asked about All Blacks Rugby etc, that I find it an instant cure for insomnia. Well they do insist on calling Football soccer and try and say "going to the football" is about Rugby Union and Rugby League.

Did we really have any intention of buying Promes?
Saint in Paradise replied to ChiefScummer's topic in The Saints
Unless of course they deliberately wait until it's too late for the selling club to get a replacement. They could also offer a figure and or payment terms that they know will be rejected. They can then say that they have at least tried and that will keep the happy clappers from becoming too upset. -

To be fair to LR ( and I don't like saying that very much ) I doubt if he had the authority to agree to the fee up front rather than via installments. That would be purely down to the almost invisible and silent owner as it's his money.
