*freaky/obsessive/sad/lame wind-up If it's a genuine virus then he'd probably still be feeling the effects of it come Saturday, would they risk a jaded Carroll? Or it could just be the usual mindgames.
-
Never used to be a problem before they started taking that fookin' drum in there.
-
He don't seem very interested in 'his' player with the ball does he? And he can't go stepping out of the technical area like that and get away with it. I don't think his heart's in it
-
Top man. Hope he's still purring about us after the game Saturday.
-
Yeah, and he better get a move on cos West Ham's just about to go the same way too.

Only corps remaiming http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/only-box-hospitality-left-for-chelsea-725803.aspx If this keeps happening STs will be going up f'sure next season

I would think Marcus Liebherr would be very satisfied with proceedings so far. I have little doubt this was something he could really have grown into but initially it would have been both an opportunity to own and develop a football club as well a sound business investment with the construction opportunities in the vicinity. All the visionary images we're now seeing with regards development in and around the stadium are the potential that would have attracted him in the first place, that's why NC is here, he trusted him to make it happen. Must be nearly time to break out the 'Forever a Saint' banner again, afterall, there's obviously no "health and safety" issues any more after they allowed Liverpool fans in with all those banners on Saturday and no stewards bothered them while they held them aloft for 15 mins or so. Break out the banners!

True, at the mo about as definite as the skates famous 'Harbourdome' that was going to make them the envy of the world (chuckle). At least we've got a half decent stadium already.
-
If you look a little closer you can see the 'ends' are also raised but kept single tier (the way 'ends' should be), in one of the first images of the Itchen you can see the roof of the Chapel/Northam is higher suggesting the Itchen will remain the same. I like grounds in working class areas but this does look impressive, we have to face it times have changed, we've already got a 'modern' stadium, might as well make it better. Looks like they've got their sights set firmly on that industrial estate to make it pay.

The wife was trying to be sexy last night. She lay on the bed sliding her lollipop in and out of her fanny and then licking it "Steady love", I said, "You'll need that in the morning to see the kids across the road!"

Tbf she just may not be good at spelling, he could be a Taxi man, a Tacks man, who knows. It wouldn't be like a politician to tell porkies (no pun intended) now would it?

Agree, unfortunately one slip and the drama queens will be on his case. Looking forwards to this and a hostile atmosphere for a big game (probably setting my sights a bit high), they'll be 3k QPR there so we wont have it all our own way unless we can really get at them. I'll still be looking through my fingers for the dreaded 5 minutes before halftime.

First Tesco, now B&Q. Their flooring has been found to contain lamb-in-it.

If we come unstuck tomorrow the media's darling is going to have them fawning all over him. Plucky ol' 'arry. I hope our lot don't blow themselves out over Saggychops, I can see it being all fiesty to start and then dropping off - need to look at it like a game against the skates ideally. We overdo it bit these days with the "Sha-la-la" but tomorrow is made for it, last 10 mins non-stop if we're ahead, all directed at Twitchy the birthday boy, hey, we could even go over and give him the bumps

Another one for the list - they could call that stretch of motorway the 'Tax Freeway'
-
Charityrobbing Avenue. Although I.O.U. may be more appropriate than avenue.

He certainly aint got the hang of you yet Bearsy..... "I see that SaintsWeb has taken my comment out of context. I didn't say Southampton were like Barcelona. I said the way their fans were going on you'd think we're about to play Barcelona. They are an average PL side (much like us at times but with a worse squad) Whilst they are massively overachieving this season by not being relegated already, we are massively underachieving" http://www.nufc-forum.com/nufcforum/index.php?topic=48797.30

I think Mr gtomlinson hasn't quite understood your tongue-in-cheek remark, you have a response..... "Restark19....of course we remember, it's in folklore that UEFA Cup run. Your brave one round appearance with the ginger whinger in charge. I fondly remember your Cup Winners Cup season of 76/77 beating the giants of European Football...Carrick Rangers" BTW Mr gtomlinson, we got knocked out in the quarters after having Anderlect on the ropes until the mighty Jim Steele f*cked one up, second division side then too!

Sparse in fans but big on gob Charities they love to rob, They’re called the “Blue-few” So fitting and true, And gripped by the balls by Chin’s mob.
-
Deluded, inbred and no shame Their sister is seen as fair game, The cheats won a cup But f*cked it all up, And everyone else is to blame. Another reason as well Why they should all go to hell, Not only the cheating Tax-dodging and bleating, But that f**king c**t with the bell!

For all those making the trip you'll be pleased to know it will be a few degrees warmer than Southampton, a balmy 5c.

It's crazy, I guess Newcastle will have said something like the usaul 'if you want the next batch it's a minimum x-amount of tickets paid for up front non-returnable' and Saints, who wont make any significant money out of an away fixture will say 'thanks but no thanks'. With a week before the game still there's little doubt we could have sold more but it's ultimately the Geordies missing out on the extra revenue if this is the case.
