  1. Ross Stewart would like a word.
  2. You sound like an estate agent trying to flog a footballer.
  3. He's just finished his run, poor bloke looks knackered on the Facebook video.
  4. They've obviously found €50 million down the back of the sofa. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/mar/14/real-madrid-sign-eder-militao-porto?CMP=twt_gu
  5. That's not true as there was an update on him, Targett and Lemina on Twitter and the OS on Monday.
  6. All this talk of the dome made me interested in how they are made. The one at Staplewood is from a Dutch company called Poly-ned. http://polyned.com/portfolio-item/airdome_southampton/ They’ve done domes for various football clubs and sports facilities. Below is a video of them erecting the dome at Ajax’s training ground, it doesn’t show what drainage they put in but there is more than one layer of plastic to a dome.
  7. It was a bribery case not tax evasion, he did have to pay a fine to the Germans of $100 million to not have to spend 10 years in a German prison. I don't think KL would be too keen if see was asked to pay a similar fine.
  8. Gash across his knee and has had 12 stitches according to the Rovers Twitter feed.
  9. I don't recall the reserve game but there is a quote from Souness in the Saints and Sinners book by Graham Hiley. It says we gave Tore Andre Flo, along with Ostenstad, a trial and Saints didn't have enough money, the deal became complicated and so he signed for Chelsea.
  10. He donated his ad revenue from the YouTube video to the RNLI, it said later in the programme. He should have been locked up in a padded cell for thinking that jumping into the Thames from Tower Bridge was a good idea. The RNLI, Coastguard or mountain rescue won't charge for a rescue as it will put people off from calling them and possibly endanger more lives as others go to rescue them.
  11. At home to plucky Carlisle, who are 6 points behind the few and ninth in the league.
  12. I'm in a bar in Berlin watching the match. The German's all applauded Vardy's goal. They are disappointed in the German team as they look rusty and haven't got stuck in enough. I just hope Forster doesn't have to make a dodgy save and injure himself.
  13. Found guilty of the count of penetrating her with his fingers.
  14. The Dubliner Irish pub is showing it. https://www.facebook.com/thedublinermalta I have no idea what the pub is like as I have never been to Malta but Facebook says they have the match on so how bad can it be? ;-)
  15. The Wellington Arms just off Shirley Road and has a good selection of beer. The Bellemoor on Hill Lane, The brew house and Kitchen on Highfield Lane (it use to be The Goat and not dog friendly but now allows dogs in), the Crown Inn just off Highfield Lane. I think the platform tavern and the wool house in town also allow dogs. If you're in the New Forest the Drift Inn at Beaulieu is very dog friendly.
  16. Gardos is there too if you check his twitter feed. Fingers crossed that whatever treatment they are getting in Dubai helps them get back to full fitness.
  17. He's pleaded guilty to one count of sex with a child and one count of grooming, so not all that innocent then. http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2016/feb/10/footballer-adam-johnson-pleads-guilty-to-sexual-activity-with-15-year-old-girl?CMP=twt_gu
  18. You forgot to mention that it was a John Terry own goal!
  19. Mourinho has just said they didn't deserve to lose and the ref made a mistake. Delusional eejit.
  20. Even dogs have started shooting people in America... http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/oct/26/dog-trigger-shoots-owner-hunt-indiana?CMP=twt_gu
  21. If you're young enough get a working holiday visa and go for a year or two, try and get actual work in the area you have experience in and see how you like it. You won't go through the expense and hassle of getting a work permit and moving to the end of the earth only to discover you don't like it plus your time spent on a WHV can help towards a permanent visa. I lived in New Zealand for about 2 years and liked the people and the country but decided to move back to Europe as it was too far from my family, it can be expensive to live there and I hated the lack of history and culture. I know people who have gone and come back after 18 months and others who are still there after 10 years and wouldn't return to Europe. It can be the best place on earth to live and work but I found it to be not for me in the end.
  22. Punch a police officer, I am not ****ging any of my relatives or listening to that cünt with the bell every week and if it's a copper from Southampton he will understand. Favourite pub in England?
