  1. Only 25... Better than getting someone in their late 20' early 30's I suppose?
  2. Here: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2426115,00.html
  3. I added the skysports link to this thread may aswell keep it all in one place :-) http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?31884-Seaborne-To-Cherries-on-Loan-for-Season-(Rumour)
  4. Obviously not Cherries but thought i'd add this... http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11688_7111298,00.html
  5. If anyone is interested that has twitter and hasn't started following him yet, his twitter is http://twitter.com/#!/stief87 he isn't the mot prolific tweeter but is better entertainment than Dickson, although not Jaidi and his clean s#!t
  6. 'Southampton are Dagenham & Redbridge with Barney and Lambert...' - Let's hate them for that comment! OFF WITH THEIR HEADS I TELL YOU HOW DARE THEIR BARSTEWARD OF A MANAGER SAY THAT!!!
  7. Claus tweeted about an hour ago SaintSkipper5 Claus Lundekvam Super Saints top of the league. very strong away win, PL here we come He believes we can do it, so do I if we keep going at this rate...!
  8. Hope to see Fox involved on Tuesday, De Ridder to start aswell in place of Guly, who I would drop to the bench, Connolly and Lambert if Connolly can manage 2 games in 3 days? If not, him on bench with Lallana behind Lambert and Holmes? On the left wing, too many options! I love it!
  9. Indeed! Young, hungry, something to prove and IF he join us he will be with an ambitious club with a chance of Premier League football fairly soon, as I said earlier I would welcome him more than Maynard! Plus, Maynard may have more injury problems than Rod, although we shouldn't really judge on that...
  10. Tbh, I would prefer Rodriguez to Maynard, don't know why, but I just don't see what the big fuss about Maynard is! Rodriguez is younger and I think has a brighter future IMO. Would be a GREAT signing if we can pull it off, one who would be able to grow with the club.
  11. Fourth Official just posted... Fourth_Official Fourth Official I said last week Southampton will rock the boat for Leicester, I'll develop on it a little more #nickymaynard
  12. Hope he gets some much needed 1st team experience! He looked good against Bilbao, just needs game time as NA has pointed out.
  13. I'd go for... -----------------Davis----------------- -Richardson--Fonte--Martin/Jaidi (if fit?)--Harding -De Ridder---Hammond---Cork----------Lallana --------------Connolly---Lambert------------ Bench: Bart, Seaborne, Chappers, Holmes, Guly Hoping for a 2-1 win, COYR!
  14. Tbf, there was a point where I thought one of the Leeds forwards got the better of him for pace, but he managed to keep up and cut his options, I was impressed with him.. Because if that were Jaidi, I would have had my heart in my mouth at that point but I refused to panic as I feel Martin is very promising and has a lot of potential, more game time for him please
  15. Thought that Martin looked a bit broader and bulked up a bit! So did AOC against Werder Bremen, I take it they have been working on that on some of the younger players over the summer?
  16. Very encouraging performance from the young guy, with his first Championship game I was very impressed, also remember that making the step up from Eastleigh to League 1 to Championship is massive for him, all we can do is get behind him, he is definitely one for the future, he just needs game time, by today's performance, i'd start him more. He would have kept a clean sheet aside from a harsh decision... but if Adkins wishes, let him out on loan for 6 months
  17. Have a feeling Cork will have a good season pushed by Lallana with his magic
  18. Born in P*mpey, bred in P*mpey, Dad got me into Saints, he came from an all Skate family... He saw the light, as did I!
  19. I'm in, tried this last year... but failed miserably
  20. The Police will have fun next season
