I could see the plan with the formation, but really felt we needed a JWP or Davis in midfield (I appreciate the latter is injured), the 3 we started in midfield were too defensive minded and there was far too much of a gap between them an the strikers. I like Long, but he just isn't good enough. He can control the ball further than most players can kick it, his chance showed how out-of-depth he is. Hoedt is shocking, how he has 6 caps for Holland is beyond me. I've lost count of the amount of goals he's given away and he reminds me of Bambi when in position. Lemina, wow, imagine being a professional footballer and simply not being arsed in an FA Cup semi final. Redmond looked decent when he came on.

He was very poor at Fulham and I criticised him. He's been fairly decent the past couple of games and he played well today. Certainly a lot better than another CB who played today.

Looking forward to that idiot coming out and explaining why we didn't buy a CB in January despite it being hugely obvious we needed to.

I called him out on here after the WBA cup game and the majority of people couldn't see what I was saying. His attitude, along with many others, has been abysmal all season. I'm glad people are finally seeing his true colours.
