Talking of foreign imports signed from Hearts, Rudi Skacel scored a hat-trick for them yesterday!
-
Does MLT count as a foreign import?
-
My local non-league team is called Portsmouth Fc, dunno if anyone has ever heard of them? wouldn't recommend goign there, ground is a ****hole, the pitch is nowhere near flat and the players and fans are all interbred

Newport County -
Not for me thanks. Wasa fantastic player in his day, but is now sadly past it, We're supposed to be building for the future, not bringing in old-timers looking for one last pay-day. Would prefer us to spend a bit more money on a youngster with bags of potential

It's a bit weird that nobody has mentioned a defender or a goalkeeper so far. Best keeper I've ever seen was probably Niemi, and defender was Maldini, he was a class above everyone else, in fact (as a defender myself) I'd say he was the best player I've ever seen
-
Giorgiu Kinkladze. That goal He scored against us at Maine Road was incredible
-
well Davis was in goal for both of those maches
-
well seeing as the final score was Saints 2-0 Fulham, then no he didn't AO-C and doble scored
-
Because about 4 or 5 years ago, he was immense, but only when he played for Northern Ireland. I seem to reemember him being the top goalscorer in qualifying for Euro 2008 i think? or possibly for germany 2006. Even so, he scored more goals than Scotland did in that time (not hard though really!)

Gary Hooper or Jermaine Beckford?

Bignall has just signed a new 2-year contract with Reading just so you know
-
Good to see that the situation hasn't Been dragged out or aired in public like some managers. From what I have seen so far, we have made the right choice with Adkins. 可津毋生大肅可人也已千
-
Not much to add as everything has already been said. Guly, as yet, has nit found his feet. 1 game does not make a player, but he was MOTM today. The football we played was superb today and Adkins looks to be getting better performances out of key players like Fonte, Puncheon and Lambert

and he ALWAYS scores against us!

2 goals in 2 starts for Reading (both League Cup), and being a youngster, his goal-scoring stats are pretty impressive. 5"10 indicates he's been bought in more for Barnard than Lambert -
i'm going for a 4-5-1 formation which when we are attacking turns into a 4-2-4 with the wingers and 'the hole' midfielder. Bignalls signing makes me think LB won't be involved and/or connolly isn't anywhere near match fitness yet. Would be good to see richardson get on the pitch, and I wouldn't change the CB pairing, no-matter how big of a lump up front they have, Fonte and Seabourne (the latter especially) against bornmuff were immense. hopefully chaplow will do well, he certainly did in his first stint here. would possibly play him in the 'hole' behind lambert and move Dickson into cm, in the Gareth Barry role. my team would be: ----------Davis------------ Butts--Fonte-Seabourne--Harding Puncheon-Hammond-Dickson-Lallana ------------Chaplow-------------- ------------Lambert------------- Am currently undecided on 2-0 or 3-0 COYR!

we must have a link somewhere with reading?
