According to the rules as they are it was the correct decision so Michael Oliver had no choice but to give it. It's what constitutes a handball that needs looking at. The offside I don't have a problem with as it's factual. The line has to be drawn somewhere, you can't just say it was close so we'll give the goal. It's either offside or it's not, no matter how small the margin. Personally I would rather they used the feet as the marker but that wouldn't have made a difference to that Denmark goal anyway. As for your last point, VAR has also given goals that were disallowed on field, it doesn't just take them away.
