The issue for an Administrator is not just paying OFF one debt but does the business have a sustainable future.Therefore IMO the PL intervening is a red herring and non starter. If they are in Admin illegally the Court must grant the WUP to an order and then appoint an Insolvency company to get rid of what is left.

If the Administrator knows his position is untenable because he knows the facts re Chanrais claims as a preferred creditor are false he should resign. If the Administrator has PROOF that Chanrai is a prefferred creditor and I am certain he has demanded that, then his inertia is criminally negligent as he is allowing PCFC to accumulate MORE debt. It really makes my blood boil that cheats are not brought to justice.It really does.

I think there is a trend emerging when we play away. Against better sides who want to play footbal our ball players will be given more freedom and therefore our natural attacking tendencies will shine. Lesser sides on poorer pitches will play 5 across midfield and harry and chase our creative players into mistakes so that they cannot easily and quickly play down the channels.Invariably we end up, perhaps unwittingly playing hoofball at times. Another factor is that both Spider man and Llalanna are both young and perhaps not so tactically adept yet at changing their game.Perhaps against these sides next year we need to be able to change our tactics earlier or have on the bench someone who can fight and hastle as well as not be limited to hoofball (aka Wooton). It might also make sense to have quicker players up front earlier so that pace will restrict how far a midfield of five will play. We all know that Papa can exploit this,if he stays onside. Anyhow yesterday's defeat was disapointing but we are still learning as a team and Huddersfield type performances will be repeated more I am sure.

If, I suspect that his position is insecure then that would explain the inertia. Furthermore, the funding of the Admin is coming from Chanrai and if, as everyone suspects, that Chanrai is not a Prefferred creditor then I would expect the Admin team to pull out pdq, even before the court date of the 15th.

Masters is probably equivalent of UK first degree but depends on the University.If from Ivy League Universities then would be the same as UK Masters. Most US First degrees,IMO are just above A level standard. Ps Lived in US for 4 years and brought my kids back because of Educational System. My Daughter loved it at Secondary level and was with 16 year olds while 13 in Math. Mind you she did go on to Cambridge to Read Physics!

I have been watching Saints since the early sixties and I would rate last night's performance as one of the most complete I have ever seen.It really was a magnificent team performance. By team, I mean both players on the pitch and the crowd who urged and cheered, that, if I was an away fan, would have found daunting. We were class and oozed both skill, passion and determination. Leeds and Swindon will not relish playing us while we are in this form. It was the sort of game you replay the moves a hundred times in your memory replay to be rolled out to bring a huge smile on your face. It was a night to be proud to be a Saints fan. Well done EVERYONE

Some very good points but I still feel as I have said eleswhere in this massive thread along with the likes of Guided Missile, that I do not see how Chanrai can be Owner and Prefferred Creditor without a conflict of interest. I imagine that HMRC will argue that Chanrai is not a Preffered Creditor and therefore had no right to appoint an Administrator. If they win that argument then I see two results: 1. The Judge will appoint an Administrator 2. THE WuP will become a Winding UP Order in fairly short order

So what is the likely outcome? 1 Winding up likely but not tomorrow 2. Continue Admin but with further hearings from HMRC (which makes then totally unsaleable) 3. New term Limboadmin or Frattonad. Neither wound up or in Admin but continue to provide hilarious material for everone

I am sure it will be on a point of law. Only Preferred Creditors could take PCFC into Admin so I expect that their application wass not from a Preffered creditor. Also they may not have formally had the WUP discharged so they may have been in contempt. In any event a Judge has said back in court so if that is the case thir prospects look slim.

Wew are due two back to back performances and this could be it. 4-0 and then we really can a send a message to the rest of this League. Glad we are playing one of the top 6 as there will no complacency and if we play to 75% of our potential we are better than all the teams in this league bar none. Be positive people.
