Ryan Air price mentality. It is a price rise without the honesty to say it is.

I remember the Club apologising over the £3 admin fee imposed by Wembley and now they have adopted the same policy. Strikes me as commercially stupid as now the staff needed to handle the long queues on matchdays to collect tickets will be far more than the savings made by ENCOURAGING not deterring to book online. This is a just a price rise.

Greek league would be about right at the mo !!!!

To misquote a seasonal quote from Shakespeare that Pompey now face " Now is the summer of our slaughter"

I think you are right. NC is young keen and arrogant. He is also naieve if he thinks he can call the shots re the press. This is the UK and we just love to shoot down anyone who has become successful. We are third tier now so off the radar of the tabloids. If he has any sense he will appoint a PR front man in due course. After all even Hitler needed Goebbels!!
-
The fragility of being a supporter !!! Look at the Pompey thread in the Lounge and our unashamed gloating over Pompey's demise. Yet it only takes a non programme to unsettle us to the reality that owners of football clubs are despots. NC is young and wants to impress. Clearly he has made an enormous PR gaff in saying nothing or has he? In business sometimes if you have nothing to say... say nothing. However, in these media intense times by saying nothing the media will write it for you!!

Just because you cheat does not mean you prosper. !!

Agree I had the same problems last night. In all probability their streaming software does not cut it.Hence the delays.

My next door neighbour is a Charlton ST holder and reckons that Charlton would be immediately relegated if promoted as they are not a good side. Millwall thrashed them and I think we could do the same so 5-2 to us.

Le God Third coming will be your man

Pompey consortium lead by Bill and Ben, Andy Pandy and a certain Captain Pugwash as the fans representative. Honest !!
-
So you will also remember Captain Pugwash and yes Master Bates !!!
-
Just out of interest how many fans do you think have deliberately boycotted going as they were making a protest against the plethora of owners and the money laundry regime versus those who could not be bothered?
-
Me too !!

Gentleman Gentlemen the point is that while we all agree the play-offs are improbable they are still a possibility and that will keep the season alive and make going to games all the more interesting. Two wins at home and who knows?
-
In fairness if it was us we would probably feel the same. Less we forget many boycotted going to games whilst Lowe was in charge. I also suspect the poor attendances and semi final interest is a reflection of SOME of their fans refusing to support a corrupt regime. However, the Administrator should be answering those questions and I suspect that the author of that article realises that even the Administrator is part of the corruption and hence the frustration. I also suspect that a lot of their fans realise that liquidation may be preferable than this slow and painful demise with no money, no buyers and the liklihood of further points deductions that will guarantee further relegations.

Apparently they use ultra violet lamps so Wembley is in reality a bloody great sun parlor !!

Naah I met Tensing..and he was gasping for breath !!!

I think they dug the foundations so deep that they thought they were drilling for oil, Steve. The pitch level must be at least 50 metres below ground level.

Go to Bio just up from Cannes.Lovely old village with cobbled streets.Charming hotels that are not expensive and short drive to beaches and all that Provence has to offer.

As we all bask in the afterglow of yesterday we officially took 44,000. The gate was was 72,000. 20,000 from Carlise. Yes a stagerring 52,000 Saints fans present in Corporate and some in the Carlise section. Indeed the largest ever following and attendance from one side EVER at Wembley. I doubt if it will be beaten..unless we could have had all those unsold seats. Now there is no argument as to who has the biggest following.EOS

Me too mind you that was because my wife left the TV on when she fell asleep !!

£1million is one hell of a fine. Wonder if it was because they submitted one set of accounts in order to get transfer ban lifted only for SOA submitted to Court to say another. Of course it may be that Chanrai failed fit and proper test!!

While it is a long short I reckon that Charlton are chatchable. Of their last 16 games they have picked up only 21 points with 5 wins 5 losses and six draws. All their fans think they are dreadful and are in a false position. They also have to play: Huddersfield A US A Colchester A Leeds H Norwich H On their current form I think they may struggle to get another 12 points. My next door neighbour is a season ticket holder and yesteday against Gillingham they were baying for the managers head. Some hope? Or too much to do?

If the three million is genuinely the chaff from the wheat card then Android really is playing hardball. Another question he might be asking any investor is "How do you intend to make a return?" So as we have stated all along it will be the seriously rich who want a Championship toy with potential to go rapidly to league 1 with pending irregularities to be revealed OR a property investment company. I think Android knows that PCFC is unsaleable and more revelations will be coming out that show the full extent of the dodo.
