Yep, crowd went from a proper rendition of owts that went round the ground just before the sub, to groans and "you don't know what you're doing " from a smallish section after.
-
I enjoyed the game and thought we played some good stuff, Tadic and Soares linking nicely on the right. A bit disjointed and open at times and a bit of luck that Watford were poor. Definitely a decent team in there somewhere, just whether it can be managed well or not. Abysmal sub bringing on Yoshida for Boufal, killed the atmosphere and impetus and handed all momentum to Watford.

I guess the club are never going to address the problem of away fans larging it in the Itchen North boxes. Sad to see they're only fussed about banning and removing home fans.
-
It's not though, see plenty of people who revel in having a moan. And remind me of Guan 2.0's campaign to make St Mary's a hostile place for away teams to visit?
-
I agree with this. It's a shame that some of our fans don't show as much passion and enthusiasm for getting behind the team as they do with a chance for a protest.

Also he's a 26 year old who's hardly scored any goals in his career, all whilst playing at a lower level than the Premier League. I'd never heard of him before, hopefully he's great, but his track record leaves little to get excited about.
-
You clearly haven't looked at his goal scoring record, not comparable to either Pelle or Lambert.
-
Abysmal goal scoring record.

You can't be watching us much then.

There isn't a comparable Christian list, same reason there aren't Buddhist, Hindu, atheist or Sikh lists. Feel free to stick them up if you've got them. -
You forget Gabbiadini.
-
You've had to make up a load of bizarre numbers to try and get your point to work. We're not paying £20m to agents.
-
Hardly "whatever" is it, unless you're just missing the point.
-
No, that's not my answer right there. If that was the only relevant point, then the article you quoted wouldn't have waffled on about our incoming monies being spread over years if it wasn't considered relevant to their point that we wouldn't be spending big this window.
-
That doesn't make sense. Putting to one side the issue of paying Celtic, why won't our incoming transfers be structured the same way?
-
Not sure why you're quoting me or what your point is then.
-
Happy to correct you - the music didn't die on the 10th August 2010.
-
Quite. And this is from the club's "historian".
-
What a load of s**te.

He has spent £200m (unless its now leveraged against the club). Markus Liebherr also purchased the club with his head and not his heart. No one has said Gao's purchase of the club isn't for financial reasons. Apart from that, you're spot on.
