Only thing I can think of with a Twin Peaks sample was Moby's Go from a long long time ago.

Too gritty and grim to be enjoyable. The ending was sickening. Quantum of Solace - Overall pretty enjoyable - though lacking plot bigtime. Much preferred Casino Royale. I hope follow-ons from this can regain some of the real Bond spirit - this was nothing more than a generic, albeit good, action flick.

I have a bottle of Hornsbys in the fridge...it's been there for over a year.... It doesn't work for me I'm afraid. Luckily I do have an offy a few blocks away who stock Magners, which is good enough for me! Used to drink K a lot in my youth, haven't drunk it since then though. It certainly got the job done though. The Aspall's was very tasty and strong...but now I have none.

Haven't seen it yet. I can understand why Stone wanted to release this when he did but would it have made better sense to have concluded filming after the administration had finally gone to cover the whole glorious tenure?
-
I have a bottle of Aspall's (thanks to the recommendations from this thread) and a bottle of Katy in my fridge that my folks have just brought over. I may need to crack at least one of them open tonight and have the other as a celebratory gulp after we beat Bristol City on TV tomorrow.

I keep hearing snippets of this emanating from my wife's office next door from Last FM.com. Superb and timeless....and rather gobsmacked she's listening to it in the first place!

Not read it but the film is great enough. Saw the sequel recently, name evades me (Futureworld?), featuring Peter Fonda and Gweneth Paltrow's mum, which was appalling. Didn't realise just how much screenwriting he was responsible for. Sad at only 66.

First one I was going to suggest but see it has already been mentioned several times already in this thread. James Lavelle ones and Ninja's Solid Steel releases are always good. Speaking of Solid Steel, they do weekly mixes available at the website via podcast I'd imagine which were always, well, pretty solid. I actually find KoldKrushKuts on Ninjatune one of my favs.

I'm about at that stage too. Final season of Lost looks much better to wait for.

It's interesting what Palin will do now. I'm hoping she just ****s off back to her igloo to continue helping in her husband's secessionist interests. Some are saying she represents the direction of where the GOP wants to go now...don't know whether to laugh or cry... Right, I'm off to prepare myself for the impending catastrophe that soothsayer St George has generously warned us about that wouldn't have threatened if McCain had made it.

Terrorist fist jab f'sure..well done FoxNews. Thank you.
-
If you absorb Fox News everyday, you probably will. Cringeworthy. I can never understand why people want to say things like that, they come across as total ****s.
-
Yup! You can add silly and young too. I can't stand the way some of these Hoddle dimwits come out with irrelevant drivel like this....still. Why is it a ****ing given that he'd have been successful after failing at Wolves and Spurs? Why? Morons.

Yes, but if I have to hear how "superbly" we are playing again, I WILL turn the c**t off.

Cornelius did a great remix of Coldcut's Atomic Moog on Let Us Replay

Ah, I'm still away from the house, 4th episode is waiting for me when I get back. I hope they ditch the son too then. I can't take him seriously either - Dawson's Creek. (The dad was better as the Steward of Gondor)
-
Both yes. Actually not as interested three episodes in as I was after watching the pilot. It's not bad but the two leading male characters particularly the mentalist dad is wearing a bit thin. It's not anything mightily original like Lost was to some extent, more like a souped up XFiles.

Coventry Game On! US Setanta
LVSaint replied to LVSaint's topic in Overseas Saints / Supporters Groups
Ah, ok 5:30 Pm it is then. Beer will settle better. NY, looking forward to it a lot. I love leaving Vegas whenever possible and the Pacific NW is superb. Hamptons don't sound too shabby either! -
Coventry Game On! US Setanta

I'm swapping out my receiver with the subscription for his. DTV say this will work. After the last two results, quietly confident that it will be third time lucky. -
What is with all this Setanta Saints love in? I will be attempting to watch it in a very unique way this weekend. Leaving on an RV road trip (in true American spirit) in a few days and bloke whose coach it is has a roving Directv sat dish on board! Get in! Since we will be on the road at 9am PST approaching the Oregon border, this will be true Saints traveling support! COYRs!!

Just found a download of Just a Souvenir from Squarepusher. The usual funky jazzy guitars, mad beats and acid squelching! Some lovely tunes here although nothing on first listen to really rival his older stuff.
