I feel for them, but football is a dog eat dog world, Surman, Dyer and McGoldrick all left in the summer when we were in administration, reckon we would've got a bit more for them if the situation was different. I think we could with Neil Danns or Darren Ambrose from them.

Its nice to log on to be greeted with news that players are being bought and not sold. Three signings this week seems good considering this window has been generally quiet for everyone else so far. If Pards brings in a midfielder and a striker before the end of the window I'll be happy.

I think Pompey are destined to play Championship football next season, what chance is there of them also starting on minus 10 next season like we had to? Would be good to keep them in the Champioship for 2 seasons, as I think we've only got an outside chance of reaching the play offs. Even if we do sneak in on the last day, its a lottery and we've already lost this season to likely play off contenders Swindon, Huddersfield and Colchester. Though to be fair, we're a lot better now then we were when we visited Huddersfield and Swindon back in August, when those teams visit St Marys soon we'll see how far we've come since then.

Just planning the day, will probably drink around London Bridge if other fans are before the game. From footballgroundguide - "South Bermondsey Railway Station is only a few minutes walk from the ground. If your team brings a sizeable following, then an 'away fan' football special may be laid on from London Bridge." Surely they'll be doing this on Saturday?

When Watford away was cancelled and rearranged last season it was fairly straight forward to get a refund.

Looks like we'll be getting the 9am train up there, probably start off at The Hole in the Wall, who knows from then on. Stoke vs Liverpool is the live Sky lunch time game, so will have to try and watch that somewhere.
