I'll be there, I'm visiting family in Hungerford, so gonna go along, any idea who is in the squad?

I didn't go to Watford, heard it was amazing, I was so proud to be a Saints fan after Forest away last season, we weren't gonna let just being relegated and losing ruin our day out!

That was the best away game I went to last season, hope you're right.

Hope they are as good on Tuesday when they play Swindon reserves. Swindon reserves play their home games in Hungerford, I'm visiting family there on Tuesday, so gonna go along and see them.

Shame there isn't a better lunch time game to watch at the Antigalican on Saturday on Sky Sports, Rangers vs Motherwell will have to do.

Lets hope he can stay fit, could be a big player this season, started last season well before getting injured at QPR.

They'll need to try a lot harder than they have done the past couple of seasons then, we've outsung them both times I've been there. Its my favourite away game, so I'll be up for making plenty of noise, "YELLLLLLOWS".

Its frustrating, they should have unreserved seating at every away game, so those who want to sit in silence can sit at the front and those who want to sing can stand at the back.

Good enough for me, home draw means we don't have to spend anything on travel and have a better chance of progressing.

I know a few people on here don't like the Antigalican, but I love it, great atmosphere in there and love the sing alongs.

Never been to Aldershot, so playing them away would be nice. Got mates who support Exeter and Swindon, so wouldn't mind getting them and beating them for bragging rights, need to get revenge on Swindon.

I agree, I was so pleased when I saw he had signed a new deal and so far he has carried on last season's form.

Looking forward to playing as Saints now I know our squad and which areas need to be strengthened, wonder how big our transfer budget will be at the start?

On paper I'm pleased, we've signed the one striker I was hoping we would, Rickie Lambert, a midfielder with experience at this level, Dean Hammond and both Papa Wiago Jaidi look to be high calibre players for league one. I've always been an admirer of Murty, so pleased we've got him, just hope he recovers from injury soon, Mellis and Trotman have potential and Dan Harding has been very impressive so far, my player of the month for August. Just hope they all gel together soon and we start picking up some points.

Lets hope we see lots of those crazy dance moves this season.

I saw Saga out on the lash in Bedford Place a few weeks ago, asked him if he was planning to stay, but before he could answer one of his Polish mates interupted and was like "well what would you do if you got offered loads of money to move?".

Just like Sol Campbell, Saga is only in it for the money, lost a lot of respect for him

Wotton really doesn't deserve to play after his performance at Swindon last week. Pardew said on the website: ""One of our players is in talks with another club, and I'm not going to go into details, but he will be eliminated from tonight's squad." I'm guessing thats Rasiak or Saga then?

I had to endure the Brentford fans celebrating their point on Saturday as though they won the league walking back from the game. They were quick to run away when they saw how many Saints fans were outside the King Alfred. I thought it was quite sad how they celebrated a point at St Marys, it was as though they knew they're not gonna achieve much else in the next few years.

Finished it yesterday, must read for any Saints fans. Interesting to get Matt's opinions on the many managers he played for.
