I've been told by someone who works at SMS as a steward that all club staff have been given (yes given) 2 tickets each, and the stewards themselves are guaranteed 1 each (although they have to pay for theirs).

Plenty of time yet though. He could fly to England today/tomorrow (assuming theres even any medical or personal details to iron out) and wait it out for the clubs to come to an agreement.

This is pretty much exactly what WBA did with Berahino. A £20m striker made to rot in the reserves for 2 years. He went from being on Spurs' radar to Stoke's. Bet he wishes he just got his head down and played football now. He'd probably have a few England caps by now too. But from WBAs perspective, they've lost out on £20m.

With Austin out for a while and Tadic/JWP not playing regularly, who do we think will be on pens? Jrod? VVD? Did Bertrand take one once?

Lack of a striker is a problem. But not as much as our lack of a good attacking CM. When we're going forward our CM 3 (whether it's Davis/JWP/Clasie/Rom/Hoj) just stand half way between their box and the halfway line waiting to move the ball across to the other channel once our wingers/full backs run out of ideas. It's just so predictable. On the odd occasion that we can create a crossing opportunity, Long is in there on his own up against 2 giant CBs. We need a taller striker for our crosses to come to anything. In the mean time, we need to play with Bouffal or Tadic centrally if we're going to have any chance of going through the middle of teams. Both of them have that 'X factor' that can unlock a defence with some clever passing or quick turns. Or even shooting from distance. Last night Ryan Bertrand was our biggest central threat ffs. We have a team of midgets, and no runners from midfield but continue to work the channels and cross to no one. We need a new attacking midfielder just as much as we need a ****ing striker. Davis/Rom/Hoj as a midfield 3 is so limited going forward. Redmond gets too much stick, but 2/3 times last night he had his full back on toast, got to the box and stopped dead when he reached the CB. RUN AT HIM DICKHEAD!

With Cedric now playing well, Martina as able back up, Yoshida has also done well there recently (can't remember the game) and Valery waiting in the wings as another potential academy star, I don't see RB being an area we will look to recruit.
