Surely thats always been, and going to be the case when things are as bad as this? I like the idea, but would take some organising to get ex players involved. Also, would the club even allow fans to stand outside if they had no intention of entering the stadium? Would you still be stood on the premises I mean?

Its the same when one of our players hits some good form (which is rare). A couple of posters then come out of the wood work proclaiming that they knew he would come good, and that every other Saints fan in the world had always slated the player. Its a way of making yourself look clever, by creating an opinion that never really existed, after it has already been proved wrong.

If i'd seen one of the players, I probably would have called him/them useless c*nts (they are). But as Ponty says, its not acceptable to abuse someone because of their recent performance at work, so a response in kind is only to be expected. It would be with any other fella on the street, why not footballers? The guy they (allegedly) gave a slap to being a Saints fan is irrelevant. I'm not condoning anyones behaviour in this (supposed) incident, but I dont think its a case of "get them out of my club" as many on here are suggesting.

One of my favourite comedies. Not so enjoyable, was Tropic Thunder. I'd heard such good things about this film, and liked what I saw on the trailers. But it fails to live up to the hype. Downey Jr playing a black officer is occasional worth a laugh, as is Jack Black's well recognised accentricity. Ben Stiller however, has never been so poor IMO. His character just doesnt have those exagerated personality traits that all good comedy leads possess. 5/10
