Cheers guys, but they're both soft tops. Do you think the MK2 SLK is for women?

Hi all, I'm looking into buying a new (second hand) car soon. After a drive in a friends convertible, I am looking into one myself. We have no kids yet, so my car would be the 'fun' car for me and my other half. She's happy to have the 'family' car, if or when we have kids. I am slightly worried that, as my car is left in a public area at nights, that a soft top would get broken into or vandalised, so I've been looking at hard top convertibles. The one I'm liking the most so far is the MK2 SLK. So, my question is, can a mid thirties male get away with the second generation SLK? Some people I have talked to said it is a women's car, which I think the MK1 version is, but, in my opinion, the MK2 version was styled to be more masculine. If you think it is, can you suggest another hard top convertible? Two seats or four seats are fine! Thanks in advance. Simples

I see it as the deal is going around in circles, like an aircraft in a holding pattern. (Although thats more of a race track and not a circle).

I've just seen the menu for the Portsmouth FC corporate hospitality today and noticed the starter is "Administroni soup"

I heard from someone recently that it took Jos Hoiveld 7 weeks to get to the fitness required at Saints. So, just a matter of time then....

Not for one person, maybe, but not much in it. What about when more than one of you is travelling. Say, a couple, or a family. Thats why it's much easier, cheaper and more convienient, to travel by car. Plus, you travel at what time you want, and don't have to share your space with a complete stranger.

My other half has got a new shape one. She loves it but says herself that when/if we have kids, it'll have to go. Two doors mean they need a lot of space to be able to open fully to get your child in. It also has a really small boot, no good for shopping and a pram.
