  1. Brett Pitman at Bournemouth. Jose Fonte and Neil Dans from Crystal Palace. Craig Mackail-Smith at Peterborough. Elliott Ward at Coventry. They CADAJFU and would be realistic targets IMO
  2. Firstly, I don't see what AP's sexual preferences have to do with this thread and secondly, so what if he's gay? Would you rather have a straight manager who the players didn't fancy but got poor results or a gay manager who the players "took a shine to" and got results for? However AP is geeing them up before the match, it seems to be working and I for one don't care about his sexuality. In fact, your post on this thread seems at odd with your posting on this thread - http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=18790. Maybe you are confused about how you feel on this matter? could be to do with this Pardew is bot stupid.
  3. Papa to start, run rings round the full backs and wear them out while supplying RL and DC then bring Antonio on to put them under more pressure in the last 20 mins as tired defenders make mistakes and give away more free kicks. Definitely Papa to start though as Antonio tires quickly and runs out of ideas IMO.
  4. I thought Waigo had a decent game. He set up our goal and ran his socks off. He tracked back well too and even made a few tackles. Always looked a handfull for the Wycombe defence. His show of frustration when he was taken off shows that he cares and wants to play IMHO. I also think that some (at least 3) of his offsides were more down to late passes than early runs. I'd much rather see a player try to make runs to where the ball should be played than not bother. Although, many were down to poor timing. Overall, probably 6/10 would be fair for Papa Waigo.
  5. whoops
  6. Seen him a couple of times and he looked good on the ball, strong composed and confident as well as quick and with one hell of a cross. I'd even go as far as to say he has the potential to be a right sided Bridgey. We really shouldn't be releasing him (if true). IMHO is a much better option than LJ at right back.
  7. That was awesome!
  8. Isn't Saga deployed on the right of midfield for Poland at times? I'm sure I remember seeing him play there and looking accomplished and effective there. I reckon he could possibly do a job for us in that position too.
  9. Whoops. Wrong link. It was meant to be this one. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A54210098
  10. Has anyone on here heard anything about this? Is it a possibilty? Unsure what to make of it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A54210746
  11. True but Leicester din't have a 10 point handicap to begin with
  12. Just been on PFA website and seen that Michael Duberry and Alan Bennett are also available on bosman frees. CTDAJFU? Lots of others too!
  13. Couldn't agree more! its good to see that despite everything we can still attract this kind of player. Its left me feeling quite positive.
  14. Has Wotte made a signing for us then? I thought all the transfers/loans were made under JP?
  15. True. 11 goals in 62 appearances. At 28 years old I think he maybe at his peak. Can't see how he will improve on what we have in Patterson or McLaggon, (omitting Rasiak and Saga as I don't think they we be here for long) and would probably be cover. But at the moment we can't afford to be picky.
