Had this issue for a while, but was using an old crt monitor and figured it would be cured by buying a new one, which I did. My PC boots up fine, but the start up screens (Graphics Card BIOS, ASUS splash, POST and boot options) will only display on my 32" HDTV when connected by a DVI to HDMI cable. If I have both monitors connected then the POST displays on the TV but the log on screen powers up the monitor. This happens even if the TV is disabled in Nvidia control panel, once the PC is fully booted then the TV shows no signal. If the TV is not connected, I just get a blank screen until such time as the PC has booted into windows. I have an 8800gt graphics card, have updated the drivers and the drivers for the new monitor. Anyone got any ideas?

I agree that the round the wicket tactic was not the right idea in the final over, not only did it not give us a chance of taking a wicket, it also gave them the single bye to the keeper.

Dont know if there is much interest, that might well change if England have a good start. I am liking Bopara at the top of the order, Luke Wright is a bit of a gamble up there, but he showed what he could do against the Windies on Wednesday. If he goes early, KP in next and if he can get his head right about T20 and play himself in a little before he goes mental then he could be devastating. Shah, Collingwood, Morgan and Foster look to have the right combinations of power, nurdling, improvisation and running between the wickets (perhaps not Shah on that last one...) that is needed in the T20 middle order. Swann and Broad give us a handy looking lower middle order, with Anderson and Sidebottom making up the tail. The seamers look in great form at the moment, with Sidebottom coming back and bowling quickly and accurately, complimenting the already brilliant form shown by Anderson and Broad this season. Swann is bowling well, and we have decent enough dobblers to make up the extra overs, although pity there doesnt appear to be any room for Dimi. I think we could do well, if we just get our heads round the format, Lloyd and Nasser saying they are concerned Wright wont be able to do it against Steyn, Brett Lee etc, but if he did it against Fidel Edward when he was bowling at 90mph+, then I dont see why not. Just been on SSN that KP might be out with his achilles...
