Update on this after the flurry of replies!! Found out the new BCM solves the Hazard light problem but created a worse one - car won't ignite now. Been told you need the original fixed as the car only recognises that one for ignition purposes - the solution is to re-install the old one and rewire the circuit to the hazards directly to the battery. Question is, do any of you know and auto-electrician that can do this on a call out?

Finally found someone to look at my car re. fact hazards aren't working with the ignition off - they said the the Body Control module element for the hazards has fused over time while parked up (2+ years) - confusing as they go with ignition on. Question is, will a second hand module one from work? Silverlake have one for £30.00 but say this item, once removed from the vehicle, is non-refundable. Main dealer have said to order a new one in would be £600!!

I wasn't actually at the unveiling but I got back from work to the luke-warm forum reports. So about 10pm I shot over to see for myself why people were returning under-whelmed, and to bring back exhibit 'A' to post!! Disparaging comments ensued!!

Cheers. Not been too much to moan about recently!! Also just found the photo I took on the unveiling night and posted on 4es later that evening - which prompted the 'it will look better in the morning with a better quality photo' comment!!

Heard it aswell as was right behind the goal, which was pretty grim for a 12 year old. But think I read somewhere it was the shinpad snapping that made the noise, not the bone.
