2005 Last minute equaliser from Higginbotham against Palace 2-2. In a pub in Hythe, (the only one we could find in the Southampton area showing the game) it was absolutely packed and went crazy when we scored, tables overturned, beer everywhere. Not Saints, but Beckhams penalty v Argentina. In Hotshots, beer everywhere again.

I recommend the undercover tourist website, which gives you information on how busy each park is on any particular day. Very useful for avoiding big queues.

I must admit my support was crap today because I was hungover

Saw Black Sabbath at the O2 last night. Excellent night helped along with significant booze. Managed to get close to the stage , but thought I was going to have a heart attack after about an hour, I was knackered. I'm just not as young as I used to be!

Happy days. I was there, but after a drinking session in the sun I can't remember too much about the game except this tackle. Definitely a turning point in Franny's popularity.

Just for a bit of fun: Who do you think would be the most valuable ever Saints player in today's market, and what would that value be? Their value should reflect their worth whilst at Saints, not before or after. I will go for Keegan, despite the fact that he was beyond his prime, he was still a global star and I reckon would be worth £25m in today's market.....or would it be LeTiss....or Channon....or Perry Groves?

As with most populations if you exclude the extreme 10% at either end (in this case unhappy/antogonistic and super happy clappy) the 80% in the middle represent the general view and I think that is true on this forum. The problem is the middle 80% only contribute about 20% of the posts.
