LeTiss last goal at the Dell- right behind the goal watched it all the way in, celebrated so much I thought I was going to have a heart attack. St Marcus passes away - Dropped my son at football practice and his mate ran up and told me, gutted. Special moments - In the Milton watching Shearer score his debut hat-trick against the Arse, some bloke in front of me lost his shoes as we surged down the terrace.

The continuous singing of the OWTS was the turning point in the game, the general atmosphere and my own enjoyment level last night. AP also referred to it in his post match interview. IMO this is something we need to start doing at each home game as it it will help create an intimidating atmosphere and spur on the team. It also seriously p!$$es off the away fans, the B'muff fans barely sung after we got going. I agree it is pretty much only the Northam/Kingsland north which sing regularly, although it is great when the Itchen North get going as well. The continuous OWTS does seem to spread slowly around the ground once it gets going. Got a croaky throat now though.

The website can't cope, and neither can the bloke on the phone..... something about bundling and he needs to speak to his supervisor who has left for the night. I am now owed a phone call tomorrow. I'll wait and see. I can book tickets on-line to a concert at the O2 (where I have never been before) in about 5 minutes flat, but not SFC where I have been a season ticket holder for over 20 years. Improvements to the booking system required methinks. Can't wait for the new season though.
