So they avoid a points deduction , and maybe start the season in admin, thought the whole reason Leeds took the hit on the no cva was because you couldn't start a season in admin? but what player is going to sign a contract with a club in admin? would you start with a new employer in admin? what happens regarding those contracts as surely the administrator is running the club? do they sign for Birch or for the club?

and the stadium PA playing Armrillo was a class act ,

Taxman, well we'd have more hope if it was Peter Griffin!

The Moment you knew the Northam wasn't for you anymore
ringwood replied to JackanorySFC's topic in The Saints
Being 50 next birthday and still enjoying football for its entertainment, enjoying the company of friends and yes my kids, i'll still be in the Northam next season, still standing and still singing. each to there own, no one is a 'superfan' we're all fans of a superclub, we are southampton so sit or stand where you want! -
quite agree , when Chaplow went off no one did the run to the right, Guly lacks the impact that Chappers has, we need to find someelse who will hustle and harry the opposition, not a hard man but someone who gives them no time on the ball. we were best when we were passing it, not aimlessly crossing the ball, and Chappers out on the right seemed to be the best outlet, but why no Steve or even Puncheon on the bench?

Yes well it maybe on the TV but 4 of us driving up, including 2 going from the IOW, gonna be a long day but hey get a result and wont need or want any sleep !

I have Reading winning on 92, Saints on 90 with West Ham on 87, the rest 75 thats Birmingham, Blackpool and then Boro, , Skates get relegated on 44 points third from bottom
-
League 1 , well if they survive the chances of being out of admin or out of admin with a cva must be remote, so they'll start on minus 10 as a minimum. Liquidation has to be the easier route and then AFCPmuff the best option for them, maybe Eddie Mitchell will get ousted from AFCB and pop up at Fartton with his new set of gates he's proposed for Dean Court!

so Lumpitt is chasing money from Genoa for a transfer from 4 years ago, but surely that money is owed to the 'old company' and as such belongs to the creditors of that company?
-
got to 45 split with the missus, been out had fun, several g'fs later, still see the kids, but bought the motorbike , bought the sports car, 50 at next birthday and happy with single life, can't see me settling back to the domestic humdrum when I can plan whatever I want to do and change it as and when I please.
-
think they will only get -10 as previous deductions seem to be for either exiting admin with no cva or not exiting admin before start of new season. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
-
Lumpy's answer on 10 points was interesting, blamed financial mismanagement for additional deductions not 2nd admin, hmm time for Bompey, Luton and Leeds fans to be heard, and CVA seems he expects that to be rolled in so basically they get 20% of the 20% of the original debt!!! yes, they are going get away with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So CSI is in admin, but who is funding their admin?, and if PFC is trading insolvent which directors cop it or is the AA who is running it? Does CSI run PFC or does it's own board run it and report to AA?
-
'no income tax, no vat no wages, for poor pompey ................. ................... ................... Viva hmrc god bless hmrc c'est magnifique hmrc' now someone must be able to make this scan so we can chant it loud and proud

DE ridder needs the ball to run onto, tonight got better when Richardson a natural right back was behind him, Dan Harding was a fish out of water tonight, tried hard but totally lost, hence we surrendered the wing play. Holmes, nothing there to say he'd improve but De Ridder with a decent run a good bet to improve, , compare his game time to Guly who at times seems to have no ball control or first touch at all

Most random player name you've had on the back of your shirt?

Rossi 46 ! -
The recent rail ticket prices were blamed on the government cutting the amount of investment. So if it really is such a good deal then private investment will see it as an opportunity to make money and will fund the build? nah didn't think so, how long will it take the Chunnel to pay for itself?
-
but didnt they sign him after the season kicked off? if so then surely he can't move and play for another club, unless they loan him? frequently see players wanted or quoted as wanted in papers who only signed earlier in the season but have the rules changed?

The official unofficial January transfer targets thread..
ringwood replied to SB's topic in The Saints
Do you not read your post before you post it? Do you not realise what someone is trying to say, Clearly he was implying that Darron Gibson is a premiership midfielder of a decent quality so if there are other teams below us in the championship in for him there is no reason why he wouldnt come to us over them! If we were interested that is. I think he would provide decent competition for places. -
Just clear your history and refresh to vote multiple times.

Oops C ok sorry my bad lol
-
but they dont have money worries, they paid the wages and they arn't in admin? now if we could find just red and white buckets would that break ground regulations if every fan took a bucket to the game?
-
well Hants police can never of filmed a Millwall fan then because they had no intelligence on them!
