I once won Saints tickets from Bet 365... Shame I was made aware of it after I had ended up buying one. My mate was pleased though.. Guess its about finding competitions tucked away that don't get many entrants. Might stick with myoffers.co.uk for a while, although can imagine thousands of other people are sat filling in the mind numbing surveys everyday too lessening my chances.

Just filled in loads of surveys on myoffers.co.uk and my iPhones just gone on mental one as the emails fly in APPARENTLY people do actually win on there........

Bet that prize seemed too good to be true at the time. I've just had a look around online and they all seem to want your address (Cue heaps of junk mail) and you have to consent to be harrassed for marketing purposes. So much stuff I just don't think I can trust filling out online....

Who knows. Surely if it was significantly good then he would have said "Good news" Maybe just an article on how good the worlds best supporters have been....................

Whilst dreaming about winning the lottery yesterday as I do quite often, I wondered what other chances to win some big dosh we're passing us by every day. Thinking about making an effort to sign up for as many competitions as possible that you can win lump sums of cash in. Do any of you do this out of desperation or as a hobby and have you had any luck? Any regular free/paid ones actually worth entering?

As someone else highlighted, there's a couple of instances where Cortese has said something won't happen, then it does. I.e Oxo for one example. Cant rely on him to give us news first if it's already out there. I guess Cortese wouldn't announce what was in that article though at the risk of the deal not going through. Doesn't mean it's not true though and in progress.

Cortese was cagey about plans following promotion to prem in a recent fans dinner. He said he refuses to comment on what will happen to the club until we get there. That either tells me he hasn't made his mind up or more likely that the liebherrs (who never wanted a football club) will look to pass it on. Wether or not Cortese stays on is a different matter but he also made it clear that he never wanted a football club either and he is doing everything for the wishes of his best friend afterall. Whatever happens we're in an awesome position based on today's football standards.

That's exactly where I'm at. I have nothing to offer prying eyes.

It's obviously good to have backup players incase something goes wrong but how long before the likes of Barnard (who was once a very good player for us), Dickson, butterfield etc get fed up of bench warming (if even that) and start dreaming of elsewhere. They can't be happy with their current position surely?!?! Sharp cant be too happy going from a goal scoring hero to a bench warmer either. Wonder if he knew that was the initial plan

Followed Aston Villa until early teens as copied brother in law, mate took me to st Mary's around 2004 and was hooked there on...now a very healthy addiction in my eyes (not so much in wallet) STH in Itchen Centre for last few seasons.
