I believe that's called "keeping the ball moving" which all players are taught to do at a young age. So he was "dreadful" for shifting the ball 3 yards? Id be interested to hear your views on how the rest of the team did.
He also clearly wasn't brought on to give us better attacking options, if that was the case he would have left Hammond on and played Guly in the hole behind the strikers, he was clearly brought on to link up play as we were starting to go stagnant in midfield and we were coming predictable with the long ball to Rickie, and IMO he done that job well.
