The Majestic Channon Who remembers the hampshire cup game at dean court in 84? roughly 10 saints were near the home in that bus stop they called the new stand,after making themselves known with SOOOOOUTHAMPTON ! 60 or so bmth ran down from the back of the home end for a `confrontation´ it took ONE saints lad jumping over the wall for the lot of them to leg it back to the top of the stand, laugh? only for half hour or so. Your showing you age now young man!!:lol: Just been out 'on the town' in Cherry Bee Land and only heard one mention of the game all night!!! COYS

I am also driving. Thought I might try and park at The Arrow, as there are also a few shops there but as 'The Cat' said it was rammed last season. Any other suggestions would be welcome.

I remember going to see Salisbury play Millwall in the FA cup at the Dell - That was an interesting day!!

My eldest duaghter has S.F.C. (F is Francis (Benali)) as her initials. So all her school clothes and school work have SFC written on! I also have a stickman tattoo with SFC underneath, which I told her was for her, but when I had my 2nd daughter I also had to get a tattoo with her initials, which has no football connection at all (was not allowed!!) of L.M.C.

Now you metion it I think it was! I remember going back to the bus and it all kicking off in the car park and bricks/stones be thrown from the flyover down on us.

I remember being going to Loftus Road in the 80's in a Southampton City double decker bus and parking at the old White City Stadium. Which was very interesting afterwards!!

I watched Avatar last night and whilst I throughly enjoyed it and thought all the CGI was fantastic, as bpsaint says the story is not good, reminded me a lot of Star Wars, The Return of the Jedi with a lot of Blue Jar Jar Binks thrown in!! Still I would give it 9/10

When I was younger I used to go and watch the 'Cherrys' if I could not afford to go to watch the Saints away. I was even in their 'home' pub earlier this season wearing my Saints shirt and they were all fine, just freindly banter. There are few idiots (all clubs have them) but most don't have any problems with us.

Funny enough I am also going to Edinburgh next week-end! We are flying up on Friday morning. Think we might be going to a comedy club on the friday night and nice few drinks on Saturday. I have been up before and found a great pub/club near the Castle, it was over 4 or 5 floors with different music on each, just got to try and remember where it was!!
